Property was modern inside well kept . No problems.

Great property.Pictures do not do it justice. So many things provided. The house is immaculately clean and neat. Beautiful bedrooms. Milk, bread, jams biscuits, cereal provided, even chocolates. Lovely quiet area. Highly recommended.

My family really enjoyed the accommodation. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was as advertised and the added extras of breakfast items etc was very much appreciated. As we visited family, we did not use BBQ not cooking facilities but all available. Highly recommend for all ages, my Grandson is 18 months and was very well accommodated. Thanks!

Great spot love the house. The floors are a bit noisy in the kitchen area. Difficult if someone is sleeping. Will definatly stay again.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Very very clean & the surprises in the freezer, fridge & pantry was great. The beds were very comfortable. The lounge area & outdoor area was great. We had our 2 dogs with us & the yard was great & secured. I loved how at night the handle on the step lit up so you could see where it was. The Bathrooms were very clean & big. It was a close drive to the shops & everything & also there is a dog park just down the street. The internet works well & the TV is a smart TV so you have access to all your subscriptions. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We know this is a great property from previous stays, and were very happy to be able to stay here again. A home away from home.

2x Disabled persons and family get together that way we can see each other for. Space was great for when we were in the kitchen and lounge room could still see each other. Bathroom Shower was main complaint from family members water very low and tòok quite a while to warm up. For more disability friendly suggestion for hand held shower option as with our own shower chair it was hard to wash with shower heads in either bathròom. Main bathroom difficult to access with walker due to lip angle.

A wonderful place to stay while we helped Mum with her move. We appreciated the quiet central location, the ease of checking in, the very well-presented, clean and comfortable home that had everything we needed, the extra pantry items and the many other thoughtful touches that made our stay a mini holiday in the middle of moving. If we visit Tamworth again, we will definitely stay again.

3 adults, 2 small dogs. Prior to 10.30am checkout I cleaned yard of dog poo thoroughly. Took rubbish from bins out to external bin, and recycling to recycling bin. (no checkout instructions but felt this would be a nice thing to do for the cleaners we had already paid for with booking) Dishwasher loaded & started, further dirty dishes left inside sink for next load, wiped down benchtops. We were charged extra $90 for "dog faeces and kitchen in terrible state" I was confused but promptly paid extra $90 to appease the host, I messaged her asking "what faeces and how was kitchen in terrible state?" She says dried dog faeces on floorboard near desk, smell of dogs on bathroom mat, and dirty dishes and dishwasher not loaded night before; and went on to pass judgement with nasty remarks about how my home must be like. I honestly DID NOT realise there was any dog poo in the house I did not see or smell any:( I did inform the host of this, and suggested in an unfamiliar environment did one of my little dogs have a little accident? Certainly not on purpose or any deliberate disrespect. I was not aware a few dirty dishes in the sink awaiting dishwasher load was unacceptable, I apologised and as I said had promptly paid the extra $90 for dishes in sink and a dried dog poo on floorboards. Suggestion: PLEASE give guests a list of your rules for checkout. Please refrain from nasty comments, it's not nice. Your home is lovely, but requires better showerhead I could not wash my hair.

Nice spacious house with secure fences if you take your pet.

Property is well positioned, well stocked with staples, clean and great for friends and family.

Our stay was great. We had an issue with the lock box however Carolyn was very efficient in helping us navigate and had it fixed very promptly. Great stay. Thankyou

Absolutely wonderful, walking into a beautiful neat family home made us feel relaxed after travelling so far. The amenities were spot on, kitchen well stocked, we enjoyed breakfast on the deck with a view of Tamworth. Comfortable beds. Great location. Will definitely use again if given the opportunity.

Quiet street, very comfortable roomy house with spacious bathrooms. It was lovely to know that provisions for a light continental breakfast were supplied, including the luxury of a 2L bottle of milk in the fridge, rather than those fiddly little milk packets. A perfect place to stay for a family gathering.

The cottage was very comfortable and exactly as depicted. Spacious inside. Beds very comfortable, had the best night’s sleep in quite a while. Kitchen well equipped, nice touch with having bread in the freezer for toast. Verandah was our favourite place to sit and have a cup of tea in the morning.

Clean and comfortable home with comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Close to large shopping centre. Host kindly supplied some breakfast items with additional food and luxury items. Good communication from host. I would highly recommend this property
