Questa casa vacanza splendidamente ristrutturata, arredata in modo professionale e perfettamente pulita si trova in una delle migliori posizioni di Ocean Beach. La struttura è stata ristrutturata in stile contemporaneo. Ti bastano pochi passi per sentire la sabbia della spiaggia tra le dita dei piedi (meno di 2 minuti a piedi!). Ocean Beach ha tutto ciò che una vacanza dovrebbe avere: surf, sabbia, mountain bike, passeggiate, relax. Puro divertimento e piacere. Fai lunghe passeggiate romantiche lungo la riva. This place was very nice, clean. Right across the street from the beach. Upscale furnishings. I appreciated the soap and shampoo provided, along with all the beach gear. Having air conditioning was nice too. Off street parking was another plus.

A literal block from a gorgeous beach. Minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes from downtown. 45 minutes to Legoland.
And the place itself was the exact size we needed for our family of 5.

This is side by side units and we had the back unit. We could not have been more pleased with the unit and the location. We were across the street from the public access. The place was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard had a nice table and chairs to sit outside. There were beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach toys and a beach wagon to carry it all. What was really great was the off street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This property was exactly as listed and aligned perfectly with my expectations. This was a birthday trip, and the location was absolutely perfect and close to all the things I wanted to do and see. The condos are all in very close proximity to each other, but you couldn't tell once inside. The space was perfect and clean, and the host was available to answer any questions. Would definitely return.

Great little house perfect for a beach trip! We didn’t drive the whole visit. Nice driveway parking so you are off the street. Close enough to walk everywhere you need to go around the beach. Having a key pad entry made it nice not to worry about a key while at the beach. The outside shower and hose made it nice to wash sand off before going inside. Great location! Enjoyed our relaxing time away.

We loved staying at this great little spot just seconds from the beach. It's walking distance to everything in/near Newport Ave. The place has been well maintained and updated and we were provided ample blankets, towels, etc. The owner was very communicative before our stay, which was nice.

We had a semi-last minute trip to visit a sick relative. We found this property in San Diego and it was available. It was perfect! It was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed (and more). When we had questions, the owner/manager was very responsive and had an answer. We will look for other properties they own and use them again! Plus, if we return to San Diego, we would stay at the same home. It was across the street from the beach. It was a quiet location. It was close to eating, gas, and activities. It had all we needed! My wife and I stayed here for three nights with a 5, 2, and almost 1 year old. We loved it and it worked well for us! There is a lot of glass furniture but as long as you watch the kids it’s not a problem and adds a nice a touch to the appearance of the place. It’s a very short walk to the beach and not far from the pier. We also liked the short drive to sea world as it didn’t put us back late to the place after being gone all day. The kitchen was very well stocked and has anything you should need to cook. There was also plenty of extra towels, rags, and even soap and shampoos. The boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels were a wonderful extra touch and we appreciated having them to use. The beach right by the house had a lot of homeless beach bums but still was okay for walks. We spent a day at the beach farther north up at Torrey pines which was much cleaner but too pricey to stay close too. There is a lot of little restaurants and bars within walking distance or short drives from the house.
