The view over the lake
The toilet was dirty. Old filters in the coffee maker. The only coffee pod available was too big for the coffee machine in the room. Leftovers in the microwave. The towel was dirty. There were only a few outlets and not enough even for the lights in the room. The sink could not be shut off completely. The breakfast was the worst we ever had - there was almost nothing. On top of this, the room was the most expensive on our entire trip.

The location was quiet and peaceful, just on the edge of town proper where it can be busy. The staff were courteous and respectful, as well as informative. The room was clean and the bed was adequate.
The mattress was too firm for me. The restroom ceiling clearly needs work. The sheet rock needs replacement the peeling sections of paint need to be done. The remote for the TV did not work properly, channels could not be changed. I found the continental breakfast to be wanting. The window had no screen, but that is understandable when you have to place an in-frame window fan in to get air flow. Would rather have a screen in the window and a standing oscillating fan. One of the blankets seemed to be made of wool and was a little too scratchy for me. The shower only has one setting.

There were bed bugs in our bed. The guy at the front desk took my id gave me room keys and tried to tell me he could get me in trouble for not being 21. He clearly would have told us that he could not take my id or give us a room, instead he gave us a room, tried to say we destroyed the property when we did nothing to the rooms. the customer service was terrible.

Office was closed at check-in time, key in envelope on board outside. No cups in room, had run out of coffee packs. Minimal amenities, no screen on window. No staff, only one person as manger, maintenance, housekeeping.

Rooms were old musky. No TV first night. Had to change to a second room. Little better. Never got our AARP Discount.

this was awful, the office was locked, the property was completely dark and there was no way to check in
I cancelled the reservation from inside my car parked in front of the building

The breakfast was awesome and manager was so nice.
Had to place a fan in the window for air-conditioning which was not safe.

The up stairs tenant was extremely noisy… pacing the floor all day and night. Second day they left and it was quiet. The hot water wasn’t working on the second night and the next morning.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly!
Originally booked a bigger room with a kitchen and did not receive. None of the charger ports worked too well and couldn't charge devices well enough or at all for the whole trip. Toilet was off of the floor and seems to be damaged.

finally someone that still advertises breakfast does't fall back on the covid to get out of their advertised breakfast deal, why are most chains allowed to advertise breakfast as a perk then not deliver, that is just plain lying and deceptive advertising. ps thanks for telling the truth, and thanks for breakfast

I booked what I thot was 2 rooms suite but got 1 room with 2 beds. probably wont stay there again

The breakfast menu was poor. Out of everything and no waffle maker or milk. Selection of food very slim....disappointing & went to a restaurant for breakfast = extra $$
Overall maintenance of room was poor. Bathroom ceiling coming down and bathtub cracked and looked very old.
