The property was well maintained and at the end of a quiet street. Each room was accurately described and quiet. The host was also quick to respond to all our questions. And the boardwalk and beach was only a brisk 10 min walk.

We had a great stay for 3 nights on Memorial Day Weekend for our large party with young children. The property was clean and organized. The kitchen was well-equipped (we cooked all our own meals for the duration of the stay). The Bethany boardwalk and beach was easily accessible to walk even with young children in tow. We would stay here again.
Guests should note that you will need to bring or your rent your own sheets and towels but this was a known expectation with the booking.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is within walking distance of downtown Bethany Beach. We had few reasons to contact the owner & she was great to with with.

Loved this house! Check-in was simple, the location is perfect-close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants.
The house is equipped with everything. Nothing complicated with controlling the heating/AC (which I have experienced with other locations).
Plenty of space for families.
Glad I read the welcome instructions so I knew to bring my own sheets and towels.
Will definitely want to stay here again next time come down for an extended weekend.

House was as listed. Was really nice to have multiple sitting areas to hang out in. Sleeping was great for six adults, eight might be a bit tight. Location was perfect. Nice secluded spot but only a few blocks walk to the beach. And the outside shower was the best after coming back! We had a few questions while in the house, and the host was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were looking to get to the beach for a few days now that the crowds are gone. We had a wonderful time. You can't beat the location. It was close to everything. There was so much room, we thought it would be a great place to rent again when we want to come down with family.

Great location, a great short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Fully stocked kitchen. Only need to bring sheets and towels. Everything else is there. Very roomy. Great place for kids. Saw deer in nearby woods/ yard. Highly recommend this property. Thanks to the owners.

The property was cozy and comfortable. It was in a very quiet location but still walkable to town. Adequate parking available for our three vehicles. House was well equipped and clean. Would stay there again!

Owner was very communicative, and responsive. I almost don’t wanna tell you how awesome this rental property is because then everyone’s going to be using it, but that’s the way Great rentals are. Super close to the beach and a great walk (about 10 minutes) tucked into nature a great way to enjoy morning coffee.

Very nice and secluded. It was actually to far from beach and town for us to walk like they said we are in our upper 60's with walking long distances, but still enjoyed our week there with the large deck to sit on and just have pleasant conservation.

We rented this property for our daughter's family and it was lovely! Clean, spacious, and welcoming!

Very clean and perfect location. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Private wooded setting, where we saw fox and deer. Beds are comfortable, although you need to bring your own sheets and towels. Also you're expected to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice unit, great location!
Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, we walked everyday with a loaded wagon and two small kids without a problem. Furnishings were very nice, extremely clean, huge master bedroom. We stayed in a different unit last year in the same neighborhood and this one was way nicer - we are already planning to rent it again next year! Patio is shaded which is very nice in the summer. Highly recommend.

Perfect vacation
This beautiful home is situated close to the beach and boardwalk but is almost invisible from the street. When you drive back to the house you are all of the sudden in the woods and we spent the week with the convenience of being close but the seclusion of the woods. The deck is spacious and perfect for hanging out. The outside shower was fantastic and warm. Inside we had everything we could need in the kitchen and found that our little family had so much room we didn’t even use some of the rooms! It is clean and homey with closets stuffed with all the blankets and pillows you could need. We have never had such a nice vacation and can’t wait to return next year!

Great place for a family vacation!
The place was perfect for our family. We have 2 kids. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room and it was really easy to walk to Bethany boardwalk. Would recommend!

This is the perfect location!
This little gem is tucked in at the end of a small gravel road about half a mile from the main shops and beach in Bethany and I can’t say enough about the amenities and joy of central air and comfortable sleeping for. 8.

My son and his wife along with their 5 children had a great summer vacation.
This home was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. The location was only a short walk to town and beach but was secluded and quiet. Hope to comeback again.

Bethany Beach trip
This was the first time I have been to Bethany Beach. It was a very nice town, family friendly, good restaurants. The house we stayed at was very clean and close to the beach. I enjoyed my ti.e there and will be planning a longer trip in the future
