Modern 2BR Sliema Apartment
Un nuovissimo appartamento con due camere da letto completamente climatizzato che offre una vista spettacolare sul porto verso la capitale della Valletta e l'isola di Manoel. Situato in una zona eccellente proprio accanto allo Strand a Sliema con numerosi negozi, ristoranti, caffè, lungomare, gite in barca, ecc. 2 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è rifinito secondo uno standard molto alto ed è composto da un accogliente soggiorno con cucina a vista completamente attrezzata, una camera matrimoniale con bagno e un ampio balcone con vista panoramica, una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con vasca. Questa favolosa sistemazione è dotata di quasi tutto il necessario per godere di questa splendida località turistica di lusso, che offre: Open Top Bus turistici, gite in barca attraverso i porti e le isole, i migliori negozi a Malta, passeggiate lungo la bellissima Promenade, molti caffè e ristoranti, piscine pubbliche sul mare, ecc. La base di vacanza perfetta per famiglie e coppie per godersi il meglio che Malta ha da offrire!

Very easy and helpful, would stay again

In most cases, a title like this would lead great accolades, but certainly not in this case!
We are world travelers and have rented owners to homes and apts in many countries.
Our recent rental was Apartment 7, Triq Sant Agata Sliema, SLM 1013, which was fraudulently misrepresented in photos and description.
Great examples are attached showing wonderful ocean views from a bedroom window, and a balcony compared to the actual views of old buildings and current construction in our photos.
The two bedrooms were staged, with wonderful bedding and pillows staged in the web photos vs mattresses without covers, one sheet, and duvets also without covers. (Photos attached). The described K in bed size is the frame only, double-size mattresses were provided. One mattress was terribly stained along with the duvet cover!
We rented the apt for two weeks period, there was no fresh linen supplied until requested. The towels were worn-out and non in bath size, no beach ones were provided. There was pool use rules provided but no pool!
Security was nonexistent, the sliding balcony door could not be locked, an available lockable drawer was broken, and there was no safe.
Kitchen: a nonworking electric kettle was supplied along with, half of a toaster, The TV never functioned even after two repair visits, and the use of the elevator was restricted by a misfunctioning call button. The hair dryer often overheated and shut down!
In professionally managed rentals, we have always found an owner's welcome book which included among other things useful information as well as instructions for appliance use, TV, A.C., etc. There were always a few recommendations on local grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. There were no pamphlets whatsoever on bus and boat services. If not any of these how easy would have it been to provide the appropriate websites for the above?

Very clean, comfortable apartment and conveniently located to Valetta, Ferry ,bus stops.

Great views and good location
The apartment was in a great position for restaurants and buses and being set back a block from the main road did not suffer from the occasional rowdiness and music from the bars. There was some building noise early in the morning but that will be temporary and didn’t detract from the location. A mirror in the smaller bedroom would have been appreciated but otherwise the apartment was very well equipped. Our transfers were smooth and helpful and Paula easy to deal with.

Fantastic Apartment with Great Views!
We had a fantastic stay, the apartment is exactly as described. Everything is up to standard and maintained to a very high quality. The location of the apartment is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the local shops, restaurants and to the sea. The views from the apartment are magnificent. We will definitely return to this apartment again on our next holiday in Malta.
