This was our first trip to the island, the condo was perfect for what our family needed. Very quiet area, this stay was one of our best yet!
Only complaint we would have is the dryer took a while to dry clothes however wasn’t an issue for what we needed!

The only issue we had were no extra blankets in the unit, and only a sheet and light spread on the bed. Other than that the place was very nice and comfortable, short walk to the beach and 2 beautiful pools. It was still a little cool for the beach this time of year, but pretty nice during the middle of the day.

Very nice, clean, easy access to beach, condo 312 at the Inn was fully furnished with anything needed. The ONLY negative was no umbrellas around the pool as it was very hot.

It’s a cute little condo and very quiet location. The two pools are great for little to play in and the beach access is also a plus. Only things we didn’t really like was that the condo wasn’t the cleanest. Every table and end table had dust or dog hair on them, chopped paint on walls, the bathroom rugs were dirty and stained before we got there, couch and chairs had stains on the cushions, it looked like the rug hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile, the dishes weren’t the cleanest, and we found dirty socks and other belongings from I’m guessing previous renters there. Overall it was a good stay, but for the money we paid I was expecting it to be cleaner.

Dauphin Island is the perfect beach destination for our family. We love the Inn and it’s location.312 wasn’t the best fit for us and I have discussed that with management via phone. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but we’ll try a different unit next time. 206 was great last year, but not large enough to accommodate our family this year.

This is an amazing place. The condo is better than the pictures. It is very spacious and a short walk to the beach. The pools are very kid friendly and any time I called the property manager I got a response. There were 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room. A full kitchen and it was well furnished. Definitely would stay here again.

Peaceful time spent on Dauphin Island. The condo was fine, easy boardwalk to the beach, beds comfortable, balcony furniture adequate.
Didn’t use the master bath because the caulking was black from mold. Kind maintenance guy sprayed bleach on it even though all knew that wouldn’t do anything. The dishwasher soap cap was broken but it took calling the building management to find out that they were aware and to just dump the dishwasher soap into the bottom of the dishwasher. Needed to use the ironing board and the closet it’s kept in was full of dust.

Stayed at The Inn At Daulphin for the past 2yesrs. Love the location and the Inn. Quiet and clean property. Our unit was very well supplied and decorated nicely. The only thing it needed was a good dusting overall such as the doors, ceiling fans and headboard.

It was a very nice place for a reunion with my brother for a few days of surf fishing and swimming at the pool. If you are older like we are, prepare for a very long walk to the beach. Bring a beach wagon to haul your stuff! View is very nice one you get use to the oil rigs off shore. They are actually quit pretty at night with the flames shooting out of there methane stacks. The town shuts down at 9pm or earlier so make sure if you are eating out you do not stay on the beach too late! Lol. The rates seem to be reasonable.

We just had alot a fun has a good location ,you can see the dolphins playing around from the kids loved that..the only 3 things I didn't like about this condominium it's the toaster is kind a old, didn't work well.They need to upgrade the toaster for big families.A better coffe maker too it would be nice(keurig).The laundry smells like stinky feets.everything else is good...

Great location, clean, and comfortable
Stayed here too I attend my nephews graduation at Springhill College in Mobile. So glad most of the family rented here for the long weekend. Right on the beach with 2 pools. We had a great time and we will all be coming back! Clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, a very comfortable condo:
