The place was excellent and the view was magnificent. I Asked to celebrate my birthday and they went beyond the expectations to make it special and memorable day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
There was a lack of essential services like slippers or toothbrushes and toothpaste. The restaurant lightning was little bit depressing (always dark even in the morning) we wanted to enjoy the view while eating but the restaurant's bubble was covered all the time.

I liked the layout of the hotel and having personal jacuzzi and the design, especially watching stars while sleeping.
Plenty of things, where to begin. The hotel is being run down, there was barely any people at the hotel. Here are the things that went wrong:
1. One Day I came to the room to find out AC not working, had to call maintenance who spent 30 mins to fix it.
2. Another day I came back to the room to find out a pipe burst in the bathroom and everything is flooded. Immediately called maintenance who spent an hour to fix it.
3. The showers always leaked water and flooded the bathroom at most times and I had to use ton of towels.
4. Most of the staff was Indian, and knowing the fact that I was the only Indian guest, they had been talking about it behind my back. One of them got super excited and started getting super personal and nosy. I had to let him know to maintain a boundary with the questions being asked.

Liked everything. Feels like living on another planet in luxurious bubble. Moons and stars visible from transparent roof at night. Sunset to die for from the terrace. Private Jacuzzi, most comfortable bed.
Great local food in abundance.
But the key thing is the personnel each of whom deserves a special thank you and a big hug.
Guys, you are amazing hosts and treated me and my visiting friend like a family. All the best luck to you and your amazing place!

A unique place.
The view is beautiful for the sunset. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. also in the Bedouin tent it was a great moment, to enjoy a delicious tea with the oud player and a great service. We also eat very well there. Stunning

The service provided by Gurminder was exceptional. He went above and beyond in every aspect. A lovely gentleman. Thank you!!

Amazing staff, with the night manager and night waiter going way above expected to support our late arrival.
The bubble is a very interesting concept, together with the individual Jacuzzi, makes it an amazing a stay for couples.
View is nice, with the valley going many KMS.

Staff were amazing especially Gulwinder was very attentive and went thr extra mile. Amir was also very attentive and provided great service.
The rooms itself were not very clean, old dated and needs significant modernisation. The shower was small and didn't work properly. Drinks were chargeable in the restaurant with your half board meal which is a red flag and unacceptable given the price of the hotel. The night time view inside the bubble wasn't great due to the dust and view was marred.

The bubbles are very fun and spacious, definitely memorable! The dinner and breakfast buffets were very good and far more varied than expected. A lovely setting.
The jacuzzi water smelled quite stagnant/sulphurous and had a layer floating on top which was rather concerning. General maintenance and cleaning could do with some improvement. The slope from the rooms up to reception is very steep and could perhaps do with a few steps at the side to make the going easier.

Great location, polite staff and good food
Bubbles were noisy due to constant pump of air, and got cold at night. The AC worked very well but added to the noise

Nice concept for an hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Very nice view to the mountains. Very nice staff and people.
Old bungalows (bubble) installations which require maintenance and update.

Everything was exceptional. The food was the best we ate compared to other hotels we stayed at in Jordan. The fish is amazing! Amir at the front desk was so kind and friendly. He made sure we were accommodated. Thank you Amir!

Local hot food at dinner buffet was superb.
Staff were extremely accommodating
Cold air blowing inside the bubble from vents.
It gets very hot inside the bubble during the day. It is necessary to hide away all items from direct sunlight.

Everything was luxurious. The bubble provided such beautiful views of the stars at night (remember to turn the room lights off). Dinner has a wide variety of food to choose from and breakfast was delicious. We particularly enjoyed using the hot tub at any time we liked and the staff Gurvinder was lovely.
Only thing is that inside the bubble you need a circulation of both hot and cold air which can be annoying and perhaps not the best mix if its already cold outside at night. But its not a deal breaker.

Views of the landscape and stars are fantastic.
Meals were great, plenty of choice (not loads but enough)
Jacuzzi was a great touch - perfect after a long day trekking
Rooms were spacious with the novelty factor
Restocked mini bar each day was a nice touch
More than just water, tea and juice at breakfast included in the price. A soft drink option would have been nice
We were in room 101 and the security light to car park was very bright till midnight (maybe longer) illuminating our bedroom which a) ruined the view of stars, b) kept us awake a bit.
Maybe offer guests eye masks for sleeping in that room.

The breakfast buffet and nice staff
Non stop noise of the climate fresh air blowing from the below pipes whereas we were compelled to put the heater at the maximum to keep à suitable temperature, particularly in the shower area. We were expecting à higher level in the furniture and equipment due to the very high price of the room. Seems the price is only based on concept of the lodge and view.

Since it was wintertime and very low occupancy, the staff did well to provide food and all whatever needed. I wish to stay the area in Spring or Autmn times.
All is well. Nothing to write negative. Hot water in the washroom was not available.

The view is incredible. The sunset is gorgeous. Very unique. Very private feeling.
The way the sun penetrates the bubble can be very hot and very bright even in winter and there are no curtains. I had something stolen and there was nothing done about it. I then asked for no one to go into my room and they ignored my request. So I felt violated twice. I have never been stolen from before at a hotel and surprised it happened here. The biggest let down was the way they handled it. The food is average.

the receptionist Nejood and the manager were so helpful
the Bedouin tent was so joyful although the singer left early but after we came from the petra night they called him SAAD to comeback for the live performance and he was so good the tea is delicious and great friendly welcoming service
the toilet is infront of the air hose which makes it too cold when ur in the toilet
the blanket i requested smelled bad although i didnt need it the bed was warm

The staff here are absolutely amazing, one of the best hotels I have stayed in for service. First night we arrived very late and they brought a beautiful spread of dinner to our room. They accommodated requested quickly. The free shuttle service to Petra is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner included, both were nice.

amazing view , can see the sunset from the room and watch stars , staff are super helpful and friendly , specially restaurant staff and the chief , they really make efforts to make our stay great
it’s a bit cold at night as the bubble does leak cold air

The facility was outstanding. Different outwardly experience altogether. Must stay. Maybe not that comfortable with kids.
Staff led by Amir and Gurvinder were great!
Food was ok. But you can expect that given there are only 20 rooms and the chef is trying to prepare the buffet tonsuits everyone's taste palette. Location was about 30 minutes away from Petra visitor center - but that's also the unique edge of how this property retains its charm.
Few things aren't perfect - but part of the package if you wish to experience luxury tented accommodation.
