The staff was awesome, the front desk people are so nice, the house keepers were also friendly and attentive.

The shower door would shut the properly, it was sagging so it felt like the glass was going to break every time I shut it. I had to lift the shower door from the bar and slowly close it. The room would never get below 73 and felt stuffy and hot since there’s no fan. Also the pancakes are gross, please stop that.

Downtown location..

The rooftop lounge was not open during our stay. Outside patio furniture needs a very good cleaning.

The location was great. The facility was very secure. The room was spacious and clean.

The A/C in our room was not working. The staff did offer to move us or hunt down a fan for us. We chose the fan and it provided sufficient air flow.

Very clean, nice breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillows.

The breakfast was amazing. They made fresh omelets for us. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful.

The rooftop bar was closed Sunday evening, that was a disappointment.

The included breakfast was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Room was good size and well equipped.

Was a little noisey. Noise from outside the building on Sat night and could hear a baby crying in the hallway outside my room for a while. A good hotel overall but over priced for where and what it is.
