Experience was great!

The hotel (including my room) was super clean. My room was spacious and my bed and pillows were so comfortable.

Nothing

It seems to me that furnaces are, outdated quite noisy, I had to shut them off in order to sleep.

Super breakfast. Very nice selection of warm / hot/ chilled items. Only suggestion is to add Greek yogart instead of sugary Yoplait yogarts & have daily local papers available.

Precooked egg items & lack of " real baked on site " breads Possibility of real shelled eggs would enhance the current "liquid egg" dishes.

The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean and has a great location.

Great breakfast.Good winter location. Friendly staff!!! Nice room. Full size fridge/ kitchenette.

Well located to shopping and restaurants and medical facilities

The property was right on the same road as the hospital we had to go to early in the morning, so very convenient.

There was a couple on mobility scooters right in the way as we approached the entrance. They were just circling around the check in desk. The one guy purposely stopped in the hall and blocked our path to where we needed to go. They could have been a little more considerate. The building was beautiful and very accommodating. The bed was comfortable. All amenities available in the room. I would stay here again.
