Amazing villa with perfect architecture and design. The pool area is fantastic and the beautiful garden is sourrended by olive trees.

Vincenzo and his wife are very warm guests and they welcomed us with open hands in their amazing villa. With a traditional architectural outside look the villa has a very modern interior which gives you a hommy felling. The pool is filled with sea water which is much better than the regular clorine pools. I like to run in the morning and arround the villa is an amazing maze of olives gardens roads which I made my running ground for a week.

A beautiful, modern villa that is very comfortable for 8 people. We were 6 adults and 2 children and it was perfect, as everyone had their own bathrooms. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and the outdoor eating area is lovely - we had some lovely meals sat out there, and breakfast everyday. So sad to leave!

Beautiful stone villa set in secluded grounds filled with mediterranean plants, a fabulous salt-water swimming pool and a great shaded area with plenty of room for 8 people to eat comfortably. There is an olive grove behind the house with a laundry and handy washing lines for drying beach towels etc. Outside there is plenty of parking space. The villa's interior is furnished in neutral colours to a high standard. Each of the four double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and all 4 rooms open onto the living area and modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Also the wifi worked perfectly. Absolutely nothing was missing and the owner was just a phone call away to give advice about places to visit or in case we needed anything at the house. The location was perfect as it was so peaceful, but within easy driving distance of some great beaches and also some of Puglia's most lovely towns, like Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Otranto. Supermarkets, a bank, pharmacy etc. are a short drive away in the village. The village is also easily reachable on foot if you fancy stretching your legs. We had a wonderful week in Villa Arja and would return again and most definitely recommend it to friends.
