Vieni a provare tutto ciò che Pelican Bay ha da offrire con questa casa unifamiliare da oltre 3000 anni, appena rinnovata solo due anni fa. Con una cucina nuova di zecca (2 forni, 2 lavastoviglie), 4 camere da letto (ognuna con il proprio bagno personale, di cui due nella camera da letto principale), una camera familiare con camino a propano e una nuova TV Samsung da 65 ", insieme a un fantastico, piscina piastrellata interrata molto privata e spazio adiacente. Inoltre, goditi l'utilizzo di Sonos in casa e nell'area della piscina. Ogni camera ha mobili per la camera da letto nuovissimi. E goditi un garage per 2 auto.
Guidare o raggiungere a piedi il sistema tranviario Pelican Bay e decidere se si desidera utilizzare la spiaggia del nord o del sud, insieme agli incredibili ristoranti e al servizio spiaggia frequentato (sedie a sdraio e palapas forniti)! E usa il Pelican Bay molti campi da tennis o un bellissimo centro fitness. Niente è meglio delle quasi 3 miglia di spiaggia privata di Pelican Bay con splendidi tramonti.

Lovely home in highly desirable Pelican Bay. All the amenities that you could possibly want including access to the beach, fitness center, tennis, social club, et al. Owners are quick to respond and very accommodating. Home is well-equipped with new appliances, spacious bedrooms & closet space and a fantastic patio/pool/spa area with a new gas grill. It was difficult leaving.....wish that we had extended our visit!

Beautiful-Great location
Lovely home in highly desirable Pelican Bay. All the amenities that you could possibly want including access to the beach, fitness center, tennis, social club, et al. Owners are quick to respond and very accommodating. Home is well-equipped with new appliances, spacious bedrooms & closet space and a fantastic patio/pool/spa area with a new gas grill. It was difficult leaving.....wish that we had extended our visit!

This was my first time in Naples, and I could not have been more impressed with the home or the area. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one needs! Gorgeous kitchen, stocked with all we needed plus extra (double oven, double dish washer, blender etc). Surround sound, heated pool and spa made my family reluctant to even leave the house. But the amenities that come with pelican bay are unprecedented; my family took full advantage of the beach, and the staff there drops you off at the entrance, then assists with free chair and umbrella service. The private beach was well kept, beautiful and not crowded. The home owners provided a fishing rod, and we were able to fish right on the beach. We also took advantage of the complimentary kayaks and fitness classes offered by pelican bay. A grocery store is less than a two minute drive from the home, as are numerous restaurants. We could not have been happier with our choice and I look forward to going back.

Fantastic rental in Pelican Bay
From the moment we entered the property until we left, we enjoyed this rental. The house was gorgeous, elegant but welcoming and comfortable. The pool area was terrific and very private surrounded by manicured hedges. There were 8 of us so the 5 showers were perfect. Pelican Bay Beach Club is like no other in Naples. Beautiful gulf shore enjoyment at the members only bar, restaurant, restrooms, as well as chairs, umbrellas and cabanas...all included. I would rent this property again in a minute.
