The host did everything within his power to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge and there was a great supermarket across the road. He provided fresh croissants for breakfast and offered complimentary pizzas one night for dinner. When we were leaving, my daughter left her glasses in her room and as we couldn't get back in, we had to go to Rome without them (thankfully she had some contact lenses with her). Marco went out of his way to express deliver her glasses to our accommodation in Rome by 9am the following day and although we offered to pay him, he would not hear of it. We can't fault his immediate responses to any query we had and his help with our predicament at the end of the trip. We thank him very much for an enjoyable experience.

Not great wifi downstairs. It was probably a bit further from the town center than we would have liked.

Lovely and spacious with a great balcony/ terrace with a view to the sea. We found a close by little beach Cala Susca. There are two spots to swim there, just walk past the lido cafe over to the right leads to another lovely spot 😉

Wonderful place to call home for 5 days!! Beautiful, clean, so spacious with wonderful A/C- which was much appreciated during a July heat wave! Marco was a superb host- breakfast delivered every morning (pistachio croissant was amazing) and so helpful! Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed! So close to everything!

Only drawback was the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough in the downstairs bedrooms- but everything was amazing!

The beautiful master suite was down a pretty decent flight of stairs Without a handrail. There was a nice bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor though.

It was walking distance to the town of Monopoli. The owner was very attentive and responsive to all requests. He was a great host.

It was a very nice, large and luxurious house. We were three couples on vacation and everyone had enough space of their own. We received a friendly welcome, the apartment was clean, there was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us and fresh croissants were brought every morning. The host Marco is the most friendly host I have ever had at an apartment through booking or Airbnb. We had excellent contact via whatsapp. He was very helpful, gave tips and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, during the vacation, my boyfriend got sick. Marco helped refer us to the doctor's clinic and pharmacy. He was very helpful. If you are looking for a good vacation apartment in Monopoli I 100% recommend this one!

Nothing was disappointing. Through our rental car we were in the city center in 5 minutes. So don't let the distance from the city center discourage you.

luxury , central , fantastic full sized supermarket across road, full kitchen and BBQ to cook your own feasts using local produce.
