We enjoyed our stay, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Place was very clean, organized, and many amenities were provided. Thank you for helping us have a memorable honeymoon. We will definitely be back for sure!

Location was great! Beach was beautiful! The host, Lynn was very friendly, and helpful with our early arrival. Would definitely stay there again, but I would look into staying in the A unit for more space, and view.

It was just what we were looking for. Perfect location and super easy to check in. You could use their beach chairs, beach umbrellas and they even had kayaks you could use. I would definitely rent this property again. The only thing I would say it needed was detergent in the kitchen and more toilet paper. We stayed 4 days and it only had 2 rolls for the whole stay. Communication with Lynn was excellent.

This place was perfect for my husband and myself! We had so much fun on the beach and enjoyed Anna Maria Island and all that it had to offer! We would rent from Lynn again in the future!!!

Exactly what you need for a couple to stay!! Right across from the beach short walk to the bay and bridge street. It’s always a lovely stay!

The property was clean completely gorgeous. It’s directly across from the beach with a spectacular view of the gulf ocean. The owner Lynn was a perfect host the entire time made sure we were having a great time. I can’t wait for our next vacation. We definitely look forward to staying at this property. Lynn made sure we felt right at home. The trolley stops right outside to take you everywhere and on a senic tour. The monkey bus takes you anywhere on the isle as well. Absolutely a 5 Star vacation ♥️♥️♥️

Had everything we needed and a great location! The beach umbrella and the chairs are due for a replacement, however they held up fine for us. Zero complaints. Thank you for having us!

Lynn was great! Super helpful and insightful on the island! My only complaint is we could hear loud noises from the other tenants, and the morning after our wedding I was woken by very loud cleaners on the upstairs floor.. I was curious why that had to be done right then, as no one had stayed upstairs that week. Other than that it was a great place to stay and would definitely come back to the island!

Very easy renting this property. Lynn was very quick to respond to our inquiries and kept us well informed of any issues after Hurricane Ian. Everything worked out great overall. The property was perfect for my wife and I, having everything we needed and being right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. Perfect stay great location

You can't get a better location that this. Across the street from the beach and a 7-8 min walk to historic center with restaurants, show, etc. Apartment had everything ready for us, including kayaks, water toys, chairs, etc. Lynn was very responsive with my questions.

AMI IS THE BEST!! Perfect little spot across from the gulf and 1 block to the bay!! This property was quaint and cozy, perfect for a getaway!!

We wouldn’t stay here again, but it worked for us while we were in Bradenton Beach for the week. Lynne (owner) was responsive and very nice when we communicated about questions and problems. Still, it is an old and small unit. It works if you want to stay on the island/near the beach and you are on a budget. I’m glad we stayed here because it was affordable and provided everything we needed. I give some details below that I wish I would have known prior to booking; hopefully it helps someone else. Pros: Close to the beach, the trolley, and Bridge street which is very convenient A/C works great even in the heat of summer Full kitchen so we cooked and made coffee there to save money on eating out Relatively clean One of the most affordable VRBOs compared to most places on the island that are close to the beach Cons: We were in Unit B (bottom floor) and we heard EVERY movement of the people staying above us. This was pretty annoying especially at night when trying to sleep. Bring noise cancelling headphones or earplugs! It’s very small, especially in the kitchen and bathroom - would not recommend for more than 2 adults No toiletries in the shower so you must bring your own Pillows were not comfortable for me… I ended up with a painfully sore neck No laundry machines so be prepared to line dry your bathing suits/towels We love Bradenton Beach so we had a good time anyway :)

Bradenton Beach is nice. Rental is small, but enough for two.; check in was no problem, the VRBO messaging was great for communicating with owner. Small shower only, whoever sleeps on sleeper sofa will walk through main bedroom to shared small bathroom. We enjoyed the bench at end of street, sunrise and coffee with my daughter made good memories.

Pros- Location - close to everything. Walking distance to the beach. Kitchen well stocked -pans, plates, etc. Owner was responsive and attentive. Neutral- Parking limited but everything is walking distance. Compacted set up - like a little house. Everything was in relatively good condition Not super clean - coming from an OCD person… Cons- Internet was non existent Tiny shower Smell of musty, moldy and stale for the first 2 days. No washer and dryer. Overall, we had an awesome time and would recommend it. If given the opportunity to return, we will in a heart beat.

We really enjoyed our stay! Apt A on the ground floor served our needs perfectly. It was exactly as pictured and described. Directly across from the Gulf with a view of the Bay if you look the other way. Our hosts were responsive and made check-in and check-out so easy. Thanks so much for providing a wonderful place in a great location at a reasonable price!

Very nice apartment, just across the road from a great beach. Safe, friendly neighborhood; great communication with host. She was very quick to remedy an a/c problem. Getting to the bathroom requires going through the bedroom. The couch cushions were comfortable for sleeping, but I don't think the hide-a-bed would make a great bed.

Great small apartment/efficiency. Right across the street from beach. Literally took 1 minute to get to beach. Will be going back!!

Walking distance to shops, beaches.

We have stayed here several times before and always enjoy our stay. The rental is clean and well kept. The owner is a joy to work with and easy to contact. We will return again.

I am a widow and was traveling alone. When I sent my deposit, immediately I was told my unit would be different. I requested pictures but was told it was the same. Since I had never rented from this owner in the past, I insisted on the unit I had placed my deposit on. The owner was not happy with me. The unit was small, which I knew, but I was disappointed when I took a bowl out of the cabinet and it was greasy. The silverware drawer was full of crumbs. Fingerprints on mirrors, refrigerator and the kitchen trash can was filthy. I had to thoroughly clean it myself. The apartment is directly across from the beach and at the other end of the street is the Intracoastal. Loved the location. Met some the the neighbors and they were so sweet. Overall, disappointed in cleanliness.
