While the property has nice facilities such as pool and games room I can only rate this place as bad. This is due to no bedding being provided. This was not mentioned prior to booking, and was only informed after getting to the property. As this was a non-refundable booking I was unable to get a refund. Booking.com didn't help, and only referred me to the owner which said it was mentioned in the booking confirmation. This wasn't, (this was confirmed by booking.com) and as this is a non-refundable property I don't think this being provided on confirmation page is good enough. It's clear others has the same issue as hairs were found on the bed, so it was no clean at all. In the end we slept in the car until we could rent bedding. Apon leaving we were hit with a very expensive bill for the 4 nights we (2 people) were there, of about £200. It seems heating the property is very expensive, or I got scammed. I would avoid this property at all cost!
