The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The owner was very helpful and provides us all kind of information.

Our room has no window and furthermore due to heavy rains there was electricity outage at night and in the morning (so neither AC was working to get fresh air inside). It was definitely not owners failure, just we have a bad luck there.

I loved everything about my stay. The host was so helpful. All my questions answered promptly, he was so informative. The host even collected me from the bus station.

Josh was a truly amazing host, nice, helpful and responsible. the room itself is nice, pretty, and well equipped with a kitchen, TV and more. The location is perfect, right near the heart of la Laguna. And there were free snacks

The bathroom is located a bit far from the room, and it has no windows so it does not dry out to well after a shower.

Stayed here overnight before an early inter island flight. Despite the shortness of our stay our host Josh collected us from the airport, showed us the highlights of the town, sharing the history of the islands and then sorted a taxi for the morning. The room was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight.

Helpful host!

The owner was so wonderful taking care of all of my requests. He took the time to explain everything I wanted to know and even organized things for me. Place was clean, easy to reach and very comfortable.

The host was really nice, pick us from the airport and give us good tips in regards to the road to Teide. Comfortable bed and very clean room.

The host was very helpful with the (remote) check in and instructions for finding the place and getting the keys. The address was very conveniently located only 4 km from the airport (Tenerife North) - good for an early arrival at the airport to catch a flight departing at 9 a.m. Upon arrival, there was a basket with some juice, water and light snacks in the room. Although the bathroom was along the corridor, it was only for our room.

The property is very clean and comfortable

So very kind of them to pick me up at the airport and to arrange a taxi for my return! The welcome basket was lovely as well. Nice shower, with plenty of hot water (didn't have to wait long for it either). They are doing a great job with covid protocols. Very close to the airport and easy walk to the UNESCO historical area.

Josh is a very nice and helpful host. Perfect communication before and during our stay. While driving to the location he told us many interesting things about the city and gave very detailed hints how to spend our short stay most effectively. The room was super clean, the shower offered lots of space. It was a real pleasure.

Our stay was incredible. We stayed for one night before our flight out but wished we were able to stay longer. First, the host is one of the best features of this stay. He is native to the area and loves sharing everything about the island. We learned so much history from him and really enjoyed speaking with him about everything in the area. He gave us great food recommendations, all of which we tried. He even picked us up from the bus station AND dropped us off at the airport. He is truly a great person and we are so thankful we got to meet him. Second, the place is impeccably clean. The shower is great water pressure, space and hot water. The kitchen had all of the essential needs. We especially appreciated all of the green and sustainable elements they incorporated into the room. Netflix on the tv was a plus. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in Tenerife.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Lagunera. Josh, our host, was there to greet us and we were grateful for the information he gave us and, even though we were only able to stay for one night, ( we were flying out the next day) we took full advantage of visiting the old city of La Laguna at night. The apartment was so clean and the bed very comfortable. We slept very well and woke up completely refreshed. Josh had recommended Makita & co for breakfast and we loved it and would thoroughly endorse it. Tenerife north airport was only a 10 minute drive away but we heard no noise from it in the apartment. We hadn't realised beforehand what a lovely city San Cristobal De La Laguna was and, if we had, we would surely have stayed for several nights. Thank you Josh for your hospitality and we look forward to seeing you again.

I am quite happy to complain but in this case there was nothing to complain about.

Our host picked me up at the airport which was very convenient especially since it was raining (less than 10 min from airport to casa lagunera) . Room was perfect ; it even had kitchenette (i made cup of coffee with Nescafe available in the room). Internet worked perfect which was important for me since i had some video conferences . Bathroom was very clean and shower was warm. No need to bring shampoo or soap since it's all available. Josh gave a lot of very interesting information about La Palma island and the Teide. It was interesting to learn that he was working as astronomer at observatory on the Teide. Casa Laguna is at only 10 min walk from very nice centre of Laguna with a lot of restaurants and shops. For less than 2 Eur, you can also take tramway to Santa Cruz . Trip takes approx 30 min and there is tramway every 10 min. Casa lagunera offered a lot of value for a low price

Josh is a dream host. It's the perfect jumping off point for any trip to Tenerife. Josh shuttled us from and to the airport, provided juice, snacks and water upon arrival. Just a truly wonderful experience all 'round.
