SPACIOUS. INTERNET DID NOT WORK. The sofa bed was AWFUL TO SLEEP ON! A NEW MATTRESS AT MINIMUM IS NEEDED. NO ONE LIKES SLEEPING ON THE FRAME. I like the spacious kitchen and two stoves/fridges/dishwashers. 3 tables to serve meal on was great. There were not enough pans large enough to boil potatoes or cook macaroni noodles, there was 1 and pot lid to it was cracked. Dishes were not clean that were on shelves and needed cleaning before using. maybe it hadn't been used for a while. Outside was great.

Sofa bed...AWFUL. FELT LIKE SLEEPING ON METAL. Cleanliness of kitchen( mainly dishes on shelves). A broom would be helpful to tidy up. The washer...did not work properly and off balance.

The location and the outside area: fire pit, pool, game area.

The beds were comfortable but extremely noisy every time you turned over, AC ran constantly and took a long time to adjust to the thermostat setting, the toilet ran a lot, and the facility was structured differently than it appeared in photos, Only one shower that the head didn't work well and sprayed water everywhere and a bathtub in the other restroom. I expected 2 showers. The washer and drier didn't work and wet linens were left in the washer. The sink needs a stopper to wash dishes. I thought there was a hot tub (it ended up being a pool which was OK, just not what I thought I was getting and planned for). Workers showed up unannounced to work on the roof due to a leak. No one from the facility informed us they would be there. It was a bit unnerving. I didn't receive an email reservation confirmation until the day before (5/31) at 5:45 pm despite calling the day prior to that and being told they were working on it and I'd see it that evening. I called back the next day stating I didn't see it to confirm the email address. It was correct, but I still didn't get the confirmation until 5:45 pm. Traveling over 5 hours to get somewhere (I normally RV), I prefer to have information/confirmation a week in advance to make sure everything is set.

More comfortable furniture for a family to relax and put their feet up in the living room would be great. Some of the dishes and utensils were dirty.

There were no covers over the front windows and we felt like the people in the pool could see us while we were relaxing in the evening.

I loved the "Reunion cabin" Lots of space and an awesome kitchen! The amenities we also nice. Pool, BBQ pits, fire pit, and a game area. Definitely coming back.

We we're unable to contact the management easily. We weren't able to get into the gate nor turn the outdoor lights on. Also the sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all.

Codes were sent and everything was as promised Dinner seating for 30 if that's what you're doing is awesome Huge cooking capacity 2-stoves, fridges, dishwashers.

Not enough comfortable seating in the living room for visiting and relaxing. Bedrooms are small.

The setting of the cabins even when they are not very visible from the road.Specially at night.Hard to find the entrance.
