Great location, great pools, wifi perfect, right on the beach!

Excellent swimming pools

Pools didn’t open until 10am and closed at 1900. Surprise at fee for sunbed

Apart from the fact the complex was is not actually called BENALSUN, it is called BENAL BEACH which was a bit confusing at first but the street name was correct so I asked at the Benal Beach as to where the Benalsun was located and then it transpired that I had actually booked into the Benal Beach. The room did not have a kettle but one was brought to reception within 2 hours. The complex has many facilities such as pool tables, table tennis, a number of swimming pools with a pool bar etc., one of the reasons I booked this place, but unfortunatley these were closed due to Covid. This was not the complex management's fault of course and the large swimming pool was open. It has a very pleasant and large roof terrace. It is close to all amenities such as restaurants, beach, bars, tennis/padel club and is a good base. I would stay here again if coming to this area.

The room furniture was a bit dated and the sofa bed should have been better. I stayed with a friend therefore needed the sofa bed. The only view was on the wrong side to see the pool and the sea so there wasn't a lot to look at from the terrace.

Location was pretty good, short walking distance from beach and restaurants, many golf courses nearby (ok, if you have rental car). Pool area was nice with kids.

Hotel and room were bit old, with very limited views from the room. In the pool area sunbeds costs 4eur per bed. Due to festival time there was lot of noise whole night and parking was huge problem.

Brilliant location.

It was spotlessly clean and get pools, games room, supermarket on site and close to taxi rank. 👍🏽

The number of roosters walking about the pool and garden areas. Dropping from them everywhere. Local kids in abusing guest and machines in games room. No supervision. . Damaging machines. . . 😫
