A good central location, right in the heart of the new city, minutes walk to the old city and great places to eat out. The beds were very comfortable, the place spotless and very nicely appointed. it had recently been refurbished, There was also a balcony to sit out on. Sebastian the host was very helpful..

Just makes sure you don’t sleep with the doors open on a school day… it an be a little noisy with the school across the road.

The property itself was clean and good equipped (not all of the equipment functioned properly, howerver). The location is also good.

In reality, some of the equippment in the appartment didnt work (washing machine), some of the equipment was broken (chairs). The furniture in the apartment is a cheap furniture which will wear out quickly. But the most disapointing thing is that the person acting for the owner falsely accused us of breaking things which were already broken (when we arrived), chairs, or which were not broken, beds. The person acting for the owner literally said at our departure that he was going to find damages to make me pay for them. Without this incident at the end ouf our stay I would rate this appartment as very good (one can live without the washing machine anywas). But the vindictive reaction of the person acting for the owner at the and makes me to rate it as very bad experience.

Everything was really great: - Our host was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful! As well as very friendly neighbours! - The apartment is nicely located closed to the sea, old town and shop if you need - It's spacious, modern, clean and well equipped - It's very nice for a stay with kids - children's cot and high chair are available! - Very 'smart' house system - air conditioning is there - and it's awesome as might get too warm during the day, the fridge will beep if you forgot to close it - just extra comfort that you feel around

- it's a street parking if you have a car and it's very difficult to find parking spot on the 'allowed parking spots' - many cars park on the sidewalks (which is technically not allowed) and even there it might get full - the dishwasher was out of order at the time we were there - a bit difficult when cooking for 5 people daily, but hopefully will get fixed for your stay ;) - we missed a cutting board and a good vegetable/fruit knife :D - definitely survivable and can be related just to our specific cooking needs (most of the things you might need are there)
