Fifteen of us had rented this house for the weekend and were beyond satisfied. The house exceeded the expectations of every single one of us. The pictures are exactly how the house looks inside and out. Very clean well maintained interior and exterior. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for use as well. The house is in a very ideal location as just about anything you need is only within an mile or two. The neighbors houses are all within visual but honestly they didn't mind us being there (we weren't excessively loud specifically at night) and we felt very secluded. There we no issues with the house or anything for that matter. The best part of this rental were the homeowners. They are very kind and were a real pleasure to do business with. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone of all ages. You will not be disappointed. Definitely holding onto the information for future getaways.

The house was very clean. The pool, hot tub and outdoor grill were great added bonuses to the house. The house comfortably slept 14 people. I would definitely recommend this house.

Sandra was a pleasure to work with! The house was much bigger than the pictures showed. Perfect for a "girl's getaway weekend"! Beautiful Huge backyard with a great pool, hot tub, deck for lounging poolside, miltiple patios for outdoor dining, etc... The upstairs of the house is like a whole separate apartment with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms! All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and do comfortable. This house surpassed our expectations! The location was perfect and very close to everything! I would definitely recommend this house to large groups looking for a fun, relaxing hamptons getaway.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house is and the owner of the house is. Sandra is great and so professional and responsive. Anytime I called, emailed or even texted she got right back to me. I was hesitant about finding and renting a house from the internet but after this experience and working with Sandra I will rent from her again! The house is what you see in the pictures and more. The pool is beautiful, the house is spotless, beds are comfortable and everything is just great and clean!!! It fit 16 people perfectly everyone was so comfortable. This is a house you can rent be very happy with and Sandra is an owner you can trust!!!

The home rental was wonderful for all ages. The house was very spacious, comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. The saltwater pool and Jacuzzi were very clean. I would definitely like to rent the home again in the future. The owner of the home was reasonable with requests. We had an amazing weekend at this house!
