Abbiamo incluso un carro pieno di sdraio, ombrellone, asciugamani e giochi da spiaggia per i bambini. Molto pulito! Parcheggia la tua auto proprio di fronte all'unità. Nessuna scala o lunga passeggiata con bagagli o generi alimentari. Barbecue e tavolo da picnic all'aperto.
Ottima posizione, a 1 isolato da una delle migliori spiagge della Florida con tramonti spettacolari. Inoltre, a 1-3 isolati da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti come Guppies, Keegan, Chicago Jax, TJ, italiano, Pajano, Salt. C'è un noleggio di biciclette, noleggio di paddle board, negozio di surf, gelateria, centro massaggi, esche e attrezzatura e pub inglese nella nostra stessa strada. Per i bambini c'è un grande parco (Kolb Park) a un isolato di distanza. Essere al centro di tutto mentre vi godete la posizione tranquilla.
Indian Rocks Beach è proprio tra Clearwater Beach e St. Pete Beach. Non ci sono grattacieli e un parcheggio limitato sulla spiaggia, quindi, è tutto per il tuo divertimento!

We had the best time! The property so was close to everything we needed

We needed ann impromptu escape after unexpectedly losing our black lab. We had stayed at one of the hosts other properties before that was not available. I was able to message Nicole and she had availability at this location and was very accommodating. It was another perfect location, a block from the beach, great restaurants nearby and exactly what we needed to heal our hearts for a few days.

To start, we get to our place 10 minutes until check in. I tried several times to contact the host to see if we could go ahead and at least get things set by the door. It kept going straight to voicemail so we decide to sit in the spot for the 10 minutes. Then, as i make way to the unit (traveling through the palm trees that overhang the sidewalk), I see the cleaning person there. He asked which unit and I said "B". At which point he advises he had not finished cleaning and would need 15 MORE minutes. That puts us 15 after check in after a very long travel day. We finally get inside in hopes to sit and relax with some tv. Nope, can't do that because internet is not working. I try both the host numbers listed and both go straight to voicemail. Looking around it was an ok place. I questioned the use of some appliances so I made do with the other things I had. Microwave looked like it was about to explode when used, coil on the stove damaged and shower head was not clean. The saving grace for this property was the location. Had it not been so close I would have taken a star away. We were able to load up the wagon and get to the beach by walking. No annoying task of trying to find parking.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It offered all beach amenities. The location was the best! Short walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants, but also tucked away from the busy road. Nicole was available for any questions or concerns, which was very appreciative. We will definitely come back!

We loved the location and the cute outdoor seating ! the power/breaker kicked the first day but clicked back on. The cooling was a little hot stayed between 75-78 all week (we set it to 67/68). We definitely needed more trash bags (5) and toilet paper (2 rolls) for 6 people for 7 days . The stove tops (only the two small burners worked) . We bought groceries to cook before we knew it didn’t work. We took an Uber to Walmart (I’d recommend doing that instead of buying at the local market). We loved having a beach cart , umbrellas , beach chairs and the amazing outdoor area ! The lizards and birds was a plus ! :) The location was absolutely amazing for us and what we was looking for . We will definitely come back to visit !!!

Not clean. Furniture dirty. Shower tub backup with water. Refrigerator leaked inside on shelf. dryer handle missing. Door weather stripping hanging off. Front door hard to open and close.

People in Indiana Rocks are very nice and friendly. It's very quite. I loved that we could walk to most things like the beach, restaurants, park or a convenient store. I was upset when I got to our place the light was burned out over the kitchen stove and the sink had a very bad leak. I had to put a towel and keep a bowl under the sink and empty twice a day when I did dishes. I cooked breakfast and super everyday. Was never fixed before we left to go home. It was nice they did send a family member to look at the issues but she was not able to fix the problems. Over all I still would recommend staying in Indian Rocks.

This was a great location to restaurants and beaches. Short walk to 15th Ave access! Great for families and close to many restaurants. The host had us set up with children books and coloring books with crayons! Which was amazing! Place was clean and beds were really comfortable! Kitchen all set up with the essentials and everything we needed for the beach with little ones! Having a washer and dryer is amazing for us as a family! Would stay here again!

Comfy & welcoming
The rental looked exactly like the pics. Super spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood. I was able to communicate with the owner and she got back in a timely manner. We had some issues with the washer and she had it handled asap. I would stay here again!

Great place for a getaway
We had a wonderful stay! Nicole gave so many great recommendations and was always available quickly with any questions we had. The walk to the beach was a very short one! I definitely would recommend this and hope to come back to stay again! It was truly like a home away from home!

Family Beach Dream Stay
From the time we got there to the time we left we absolutely LOVED our stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed. When we had an issue with internet or even just needed ideas with things to do locally she helped us out with little to no wait time ! You will not beat the price especially for this location! Most definitely saving and will be using future wise for any beach trips 💜

Great Location
We enjoyed our time at this charming cozy rental in IRB. It‘s really just a 5min walk to the beach and you will find beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the house. Nicole provided us with tons of information. We can highly recommend Guppy‘s for Dinner, went twice and had awesome food.
I want to highlight the outside seating area which is great (weather permitting) and we enjoyed our breakfasts under the sun.

An amazing week in IRB!

Love this place!
Our family had a blast here in Indian Rocks Beach! Nicole’s house was perfect, and we enjoyed how close the restaurants and beach access was to her house. There’s also a wagon full of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and beach towels! We will definitely be back! Thanks Nicole!!

Island Rocks Beach Stay
Our family had an excellent experience at this location and appreciated the opportunity to experience Florida in the spring! We stayed for 7 nights and Nicole was attentive any small issues that came up. Coming from Washington State, we appreciated the "inside scoop" that she gave us on some of the places to explore. The Crystal Sands Beachhouse was a great launching point for our daily adventures. Our kids want to come back again!

Had a really fantastic stay at Crystal Sands at Indian Rocks Beach. House had everything we needed for a three week stay. Location is great. Quiet neighborhood and only two blocks from the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient and well appointed
The location is 1.5 blocks from beach. Walking distance to MANY resturants (Keegans and Salt were great), as well as, an ice crram shop for kids. Condo has so many nice extra touches -- all beach essentials, coffee (creamer, sugar, splenda), helpful information packet, TV, Alexa...it was great. Loved our stay and the owner, Nicole, was very helpful, and responsive. We'll be back!

I would highly recommend to others! Nicole was very quick to responding to questions!! Very nice and quiet area! Loved that she had everything needed for a great day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, wagon to haul everything! The kitchen was supplied well! We did our fair share of eating out but it was nice to be able to cook at home as well! The convenience of having grocery near by and great food options was great! We walked to most places! Adorable and a short walk to the beach
Great location, being off the more touristy area a bit it was perfect for our family. Absolutely adorable interior. A total bonus, they have all the extra beach stuff (wagon, floats, pails, shovels, etc) for your use, which was fantastic.

Love this area and place!
This cute, two bedroom-one bath, was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. We did most of our cooking there, too. We enjoyed having our coffee outside on the picnic table, very peaceful. The neighbors were friendly, too. It was only a couple blocks to the beach, close to many eating places and bike rentals. We love this place and the great location. We will stay here again!

We had the best time! Thank you to Nicole - she provided us with a great place to stay - it was well equipped - bright, comfy, plenty of space and so centrally located to the city and beach!
We walked - everywhere! Downtown, ice cream, lunch, dinner....so close to everything. We went to the beach just about everyday; we packed a lunch and everything we needed for the beach was provided (chairs, umbrella, picnic bag, etc.) We also rented kayaks and went on the intercoastal near us - a beautiful ride and so peaceful.

Perfect—comfort, location, etc.
Had all we needed inside. Loved that we were located close proximity to local eateries plus quick access to major routes for visiting other towns. Loved the neighborhood with the ball park and nearby dog park. Will definitely consider same location if we come back to Florida. Recommend it highly.
