The beach was close.

Everything else was terrible. No hot water. (The owner said, the hetaing boiler can explode if we turn it on!!! So we were afraid to turn it on.) The children's bed was in the hallway!!! And the hallway was so narrow, we could not even close its door, beacause of the bed. The furniture was old and dirty. The apartment was dirty as well. (Old, unused carpets, other old, stinking stuff under bed.) We decided to leave the apartment after just one night. (We could not find any other accomodation sooner) The worst apartment I have ever seen in my life. And the money we paid, was not reimbursed.

The location

Air conditioner costs 15 eur per day… also we needed to turn off the watter heater 30 minutes after it was turned on and if we didn’t they called us. So you have to plan in advance your time on vacation because of it.

Very close to the beach. We had our parents visit for 3 days and the owner let them stay for free. Also the owner was responding fast for any requests.

Some things needed improvement.

The hospitality and the location

Perfect location, helpful host, nice welcoming surprises

Hospitality and friendliness of the host. We were warmly surprised from a box of fresh watermelon in the fridge, ice-cream and wine as a compliment.

The apartment is at a very good location near to two beaches. It is able to accommodate 4-5 people, but is optimal for a couple. The apartment was perfectly clean. A welcome drink and fruits were waiting us on the table. There was a dedicated parking place for the car that is easily accessible from the house and from the street. The lady was very, very helpful. She explained what activities can be done in the region, how to reach the beach etc. Most of the time we stayed was rainy. She offered us to stay the last day past the departure time, because she had no reservation for that day and because of the rainy days.

Staying on the terrace may be noisy at some times because of the close road. The kitchen is tiny. The bathroom would be better if there is a hang for the shower.

1. Many warning notes what to do and mostly what not to do sticked everywhere around the apartment. 2. No remote for the TV 3. Only Greek channels in Greek language 4. Shower head couldn’t be attached to the wall. One had to hold it all the time. 5. We expected 4 separate beds, but found 2 – one and a half person beds and extendable sofa. 6. Usage of the stove was forbidden. 7. The host didn’t speak English. Communication went through google translate. 8. Outlet host of the laundry machine went through the wall and was put in the toilet saddle. 9. Entire place was warn out of usage.
