Lo staff è stato eccezionale dall’inizio alla fine! La ragazza della reception è stata super gentile sia nell’accoglienza sia nel consigliarmi anche attività da fare e il suo collega mi ha aiutato con lo spagnolo quando ho dovuto contattare la compagnia aerea per un problema. La camera è molto carina e pulita, magari un po’ piccola per due persone ma dato che viaggiavo da sola non ho avuto problemi. Molto buona anche la colazione con varie opzioni da scegliere.

Purtroppo la posizione non è delle migliori, è a più di 1km di distanza a piedi dalla piazza principale e di sera la strada per arrivarci non era nemmmeno ben illuminata… alle 8 di sera non c’era nessuno in giro, figuriamoci più tardi. Se si è in coppia o in gruppo non è un problema, ma per una ragazza da sola non lo consiglierei. Fosse stato più vicino sarebbe stato perfetto!

The advice given by the front desk staff was incredibly helpful for my trip. The staff was very friendly and polite. I enjoyed the food a lot. The breakfast was delicious. I also had lunch there, which was also very good and at a reasonable price. The location is good, for I was able to walk up to the docks, where the market and the popular spots are located, as well as the pickup locations for some excursions.

There was some external noise at night due to a party which was taking place in the surrounding areas. Also, some of the excursions do not offer pickup at this hotel, but instead one must go to a different area, although this was not much of a problem because it was a short walk.

The location and price was great. I was able to walk to dinner with no issue.

My room was next to a door that was used often. It was somewhat hard to fall asleep.

Very cute, retro hotel. Room was very clean, bath rooms were very clean. The breakfast was nice, coffee bar on second floor was empty and in need of attention. The lady that checked us in was very kind and friendly.

The man that did morning check out would barely look up from his cell phone-was very disinterested in our stay, answering any questions etc... not a good way to leave a good impression! The amount of noise in the hallways was ridiculous (workers) at 9:ooam.
