The place was very clean and had all the essentials you needed to help and make your stay enjoyable. the view from our balcony was wonderful.

From check in to check out, everything about this property fit our needs perfectly. This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. The balcony overlooking the beach and ocean can't be beat for sunrise views with coffee or just relaxing with a beverage and reading. There are great restaurants within walking distance (we highly recommend Hula Moon) or a well-stocked kitchen when we felt like staying in. And the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) definitely came in handy for our days on the sand. And it's a short drive from this location to Kennedy Space Center if you want to go. Plus, our favorite, lots of coffee and ice cream places close by. : ) Karen was a great host and checked in on us after arrival (much appreciated) and was always available if we had any questions. All in all, we had a great spring break vacation and this property made it all the better. 5 stars all around.

Such a great condo! The bedrooms were really large and so was the master bath. We really enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and watching the waves!

So close to the beach the sound of the waves was wonderful. Very clean property and kitchen stocked very well. Also beach umbrella, chairs, and toys to use.

We had a wonderful time during our week stay in Indian Harbour. Everything was great, would stay here again!

Condo was spacious and stocked with linens. Oceanview was amazing, beach clean and pool was good size and clean. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool , 3 tables with umbrellas. Friendly staff and residents. Any concerns addressed immediately. Definitely a place to visit again.

Very clean condo. Comfortable furniture and beds. Wendy and Cindy at the front desk were very helpful. We truly have nothing but good things to say about this condo. The washer and dryer are excellent and there was always hot water for showers. Beach chair, towels and umbrella we’re all provided

The location is absolutely beautiful, the condo is very roomy and comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The check-in/out couldn't have been easier. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Karen for sharing this beautiful place!

Property is very nice and as described. Plenty of room. Absolutely perfect location and view. Pool area is clean and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. My only minor criticism is the building says it’s non-smoking, but we smelled smoke every day while sitting on the balcony. Also, the fixtures, especially the bathrooms, are in need of a facelift. Everything was in working order and none of it ruined our stay. Communication with owner was great. We would stay here again.

The Condo is ocean front with an excellent view. My family loved it and would like to come back again. Nice place!

The condo was great for our family. It is right on the beach with a great view from the balcony. The kids loved the twin beds and the king in the master bedroom was comfortable. Check in and check out were effortless. We would definitely recommend this condo to any one looking for a nice quiet beach getaway.

Going to sleep with the sound of the waves was great. Waking up to the view of the sun over the Atlantic was relaxing.

The property and location were just what we were looking for. We had everything we needed with the exception of beach chairs. That was the only thing. There was only one beach chair. One just isn't enough. Otherwise, the property was very well cleaned and the availability of seating options on the balcony was great! Thanks Karen!

other than the overbooking and having to weight on another room till 7 pm everything was great the people in the office are great they made the best out of a situation that could have been bad.I my self think I should be compensated for the one night that I missed with the great view looking at grass and bushes wasn't what I payed for but all and all great stay would love to do it again. Property was very clean. Location was perfect. Not much more to say. I've stayed at many places over the years and this was one of the best. Bonus was covered secure parking.
