STUNNING views of LAKE TRAVIS @ The Island
Svegliatevi con le splendide viste sul Lago di Travis e sulle colline circostanti. La nostra villa fronte lago recentemente arredato è dotata di tutti i comfort di casa e altro ancora. Si trova al terzo piano, vicino all'ascensore
Il soggiorno è molto spazioso con soffitto a cattedrale e TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutte le pentole e padelle, caffettiera ecc. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, cassettiera, TV e un giocatore Blue Ray.
Il balcone ha un arredamento confortevole ed è perfetto per godersi l'incredibile tramonto.
Avrete accesso a tutti i servizi dell'isola che includono due piscine all'aperto e vasche idromassaggio e una piscina coperta, una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna secca. Una palestra ben attrezzata, spogliatoio e zona relax. Disponiamo anche di campi da tennis sulla nostra proprietà e di una spa in loco aperta a orario limitato.
Avrete anche accesso al lago per nuotare o pescare dalla nostra proprietà.
Lago Vista ha un bel campo da golf e un paio di ottimi ristoranti e aziende vinicole nei dintorni.
Il rifugio della fauna selvatica di Balcones si trova a breve distanza, perfetto per escursioni e bird watching.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The place could use a few minor improvements--blinds in bedroom should be replaced because several slats are broke, could use some more hangars(there might be 8) and it would be nice if they supplied beach towels. When people travel, a beach towel(to be used at the pool there] is the last thing you would want to pack.
This unit is located right next to and above a restaurant / bar. On Saturday night, there was music playing until 4 a. m. The other nights it was not as late.

Community itself was great. I have stayed here several times. However I’ve stayed in much better condos than this one. Pros: The living room was nice, the view off the balcony was beautiful, and it was very nice of the host to leave us a bottle of wine and chocolates for my husbands bday. Unfortunately, there was only one wine glass, so we couldn’t enjoy the wine on his bday. Kitchen had extreme wear and tear mismatched cookware. I didn’t feel comfortable cooking. Dishwasher had parts that had rusted off. Old outdated bathroom, bathtub had old stains on the bottom - didn’t get in. You could tell the mattress was old, crater in the middle. The amount we paid was not worth what we got. Perhaps I have higher standards than most. I felt so uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to get home. We left one day early.

Even with low lake levels, the view of the lake at this location is excellent. The condo is clean but in need of updating. The kitchen supplies were okay but it would have been nice to have more silverware, cups, glasses, plates. The indoor swimming pool was out of commission--no fault of this property host. Weather was too cold to use the beautiful outdoor pools. Host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. Price is excellent for the location and ammenities. Bring plenty of groceries so you don't have to leave the island to find a restaurant.

I would highly recommend this place! This is my second trip to The Island and it never disappoints! The host was very communicative, the place was very clean and was exactly what was listed.

Just a heads up: if you plan on leveraging the kitchen to cook a meal, make sure you bring measuring utensils.

The only reason i rated cleanliness a 4 is because the patio needed a little cobweb cleaning and the blinds in the bedroom need to be replaced. Otherwise this place is a 10/10!! I have recommended to several people already! If you want to feel like you're at a ocean resort but on a lake budget, this is your place!

It is a great complex in a beautiful location. The only downside was the smell from the lake. Supposedly, it is a seasonal, transient thing, but the smell was very distracting at times.

The whole villa area is beautiful. Great views of the lake and the room was clean and cozy. Deer and kitty cats roaming freely. Great for nature lovers.

I told to get into the gate is a little persnickety you have to push very hard and go slow. Bedroom was warm the first night then I noticed they had a small AC unit in the window behind of curtain.

Great get away location for relaxation away from busy life
Every so often I stay at the Island of Lake Travis and have stayed at various condos. It's my get away time to relax, read, write, hang out at pool and enjoy the lake views from balcony. Spent this trip over Mother's day weekend with Son. It was his first time and he loved it, so this will now be our 'to-do' getaway time in the future. First time to try the restaurant, son loved the onion rings, fish, shrimp. This unit was great, beautiful sunset located centrally Bldg 2 on 3rd floor loved the heighth, perfect and will seek to look for this one again in the future.

Good accommodations.
Property manager was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and enjoyed some fishing and swimming. Accommodations were very basic but efficient. Couldn’t really enjoy the balcony due to a strong foul smell outside. Not really controllable for the property manager I’m sure, as the whole complex didn’t smell, just in certain areas. I would recommend for a basic stay and spending most of time outdoors.

Excellent value
Great for the money. Signs everywhere give you the fine for disorderly conduct - kinda weird. Boat ramp was closed because they didn't have a "use at your own risk" sign - we had to drive 10 minutes, pay $15 and motor back 45 minutes (with 2 jetskis) on the day we arrived and the day we left.

Secluded getaway
Loved the property; beautiful views of the river and surrounding countryside. The indoor pool and gym were awesome. Just know the nearest store is about 8 miles away, so shop accordingly

Pretty nice!
Check in and finding the place was seamless! Great directions and easy access. The whole property it sits on is very nice. The deer were so cute! The inside was decent, minimally decorated with furniture. The bedroom was perfect with a balcony right off the bedroom with a great view. Two things that were not so great...the bathroom was not spectacular, left some things to be desired with a tiny shower and loud shower head! Also, there was an odor on the property that was not terrible but noticeable. Not sure if it was outside and coming in through the window AC unit or what. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice and relaxing getaway!
Took a girls trip and it was a perfect place to relax and wind down after a busy work week. The balcony made it! Loved the pools and workout center as well. Overall, a good getaway!
