Nice room with a view of the holy trinity from the terrace. clean, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. good wifi.

Some people thought 10pm was a perfect timing to use a drill in the apartment above.. and nobody said nothing about that. Not ideal when you have to wake up at 4am.

Nice and friendly host, great view from the balcony, comfortable bed. The host was really welcoming and prepared some tea for me at late night, and was really helpful with all the issues.

Not really cozy - a bit Sparta like style). Don’t use the geo location from Google maps - it is a bit misleading (location in booking com is correct). A bit far from city center, not so many restaurants in the area

I liked how clean and spacious the room was. The location is great and the views are incredible. I stayed here multiple times and whenever I would visit Tbilisi. As a solo traveller this was a perfect stay to rest and enjoy the city. Public transportation is accessible. I recommend this too if you're a family and looking for multiple rooms in the property.

it has a central location, it is very clean, the view is very beautiful and the owner of the hotel is very helpful in everything, the price is good. If I go again, I will choose this hotel again. Suitable for families.
