Brian’s place was amazing. Great location with plenty of space for our family. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Brian was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again on future visits to the area.

This is a very nice, extremely clean, well appointed home. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space, great sitting areas outside and inside. One downside, there is a first floor bedroom with an attached bathroom, unfortunately, this is the only bathroom on the first floor. Also, while the home is quite spacious with many windows, the sunlight is quite restricted due to the numerous trees leaving the house a bit dark. BUT overall, it is a really good home for a large family and/or group of friends. In addition, the property manager was very responsive.

Everything about this vacation was great! The home was beautiful and yet very comfortable! The outside sitting area was great except for the mosquitoes! The property manager was always available for us when we had a few question. We went there with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50 year anniversary such a great place to do it at! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect place for our family to meet to spend Christmas together. Great kitchen, fabulous hot tub, and wonderful space to socialize. We also found the customer service excellent, as we had a couple requests, restaurant recommendations, etc. We highly recommend!

We had the best time. The house was an absolute delight, was spotless, beds super comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (and more), and was in a perfect location. We walked into town almost every day and were just minutes away from several beaches. Finally, Chad was so quick to respond and kind! Could not recommend ridgeview retreat enough!

We were all very pleased with our stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. Plenty of room for 5 adults and one 7 year old. The kitchen was a dream to prepare some home meals. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was very quiet and secluded. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

This house is just perfect. It is spotless, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. Not to mention very comfortable mattresses and bedding. My family especially loved the outdoor space nestled into the woods.

We just spent a wonderful week with our family at Ridgeview Retreat. The home was beautiful, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. The living room area provided plenty of space for our family to gather and we enjoyed using the fireplace on the back porch. The hot tub was relaxing and Chadd, the property management contact, made sure it was serviced and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy a meal at home. We would definitely return and we highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.

Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

Ladies Getaway
My friends and I had a fabulous week long vacation together. The house was so perfect! Luxurious, beautifully decorated, and clean. The outside area was ideal, as we were nestled in a forest yet only a short distance from the downtown. The walk through the beautiful neighborhood enhanced the experience.

Awesome House
This is our 2nd time staying at this house. It is a beautiful and newer house with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a beautiful patio with propane grill and hot tub. Thank you for a fantastic week!

Our stay in Saugatuck
Recommend this house and location for a great stay in Saugatuck. Conveniently located within walking distance (about a mile) to downtown and yet in a quiet residential area. Well stocked kitchen as we like to cook, and plenty of games to entertain our children and grandchildren. Loved to hand in the porch and enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

Great house for a family gathering
This house is great for a group of 6 to 8 people. The hot tub is a nice touch although a light outside would have been helpful in the dark :-) We had zero issues and would have no problem renting again.

Saugatuck - Ridgeway Lane Vacay
This property was fantastic! The location was just a short distance to just about any place we wanted to go - especially to downtown Saugatuck. The home is very well equipped with just about everything vacationers could ever ask for or need, especially the kitchen! We loved all of the high quality appliances. The grill was easy to use. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area, as well as the screened-in porch. Our working family members found plenty of spaces for conference calls and other necessary work-related tasks. The onsite manager, Chadd, responded quickly to out questions. He went the extra mile to create a sleeping space for our grandchild who preferred being in the same room as his parents. Our grandson loved the variety of games provided. Chadd also prepared the hot/sauna for our use and provided information about where to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. This property was great fit for our family. 👍🏽

This is a beautiful, clean modern home that is comfortable and stylish. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly need. The furniture is beautiful and clean and comfortable. There is a grill out back with wonderful adirondak chairs and a hot tub and double hammock. There is little sun out back and so it is very shaded. The bathrooms are modern and clean. Chadd, the property manager was very responsive to our needs and was at the property within minutes of my text message that something needed fixing. All in all I highly recommed the rental!!!

Loved this rental home!
This home was gorgeous and spotless! We ate most meals in and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The yard and setting was beautifully landscaped and private. We used the grill, the hot tub and took daily walks in the neighborhood. We had three generations of family there and the layout and bedrooms/bathrooms afforded everyone their space and privacy. It really was a home away from home. Brian and Chadd were easy to contact and quick to respond. We would rent here again and highly recommend it to others!

What a nice property! High quality, perfectly stocked, new, clean, and fresh. Location was perfect - great cul de sac for the kids to play outside, walking distance to town, etc.
