We were there for a wedding and zI stopped in that morning to see if I could check in early (since I didn't expect to be back before 11pm). I was pleasantly surprised when Ithis request was granted with a smile. The facility was perfect for our stay...comfortable,roomy snd close to our venue in Graham, NC. The large glass shower with shampoo/soap pumps built-in was hot and super sized. When we left, we told the desk attendant we would definitely return.

The scent of bacon was amazing on Sunday morning when I checked in. However the breakfast on Monday morning was pretty boring and baconless

Tia at the front desk was awesome! She was friendly, professional and accommodating. She managed to switch my room to one with 2 double beds as I unexpectedly had my son with me and gave me a better rate. The hotel was also extremely clean and the rooms were large and modern.

I found the price a little high. I would have liked more food options other than breakfast - maybe better/more options at the little store.

Nice staff and breakfast.

The room was only cleaned once in the 5 days and I had to get fresh towels myself.

The facility met all my standards. It was an exceptional visit.

Location, room size, cleanliness and quiet

The a/c unit in our room was not working properly. The room was humid and even though we had thermos set at a higher temp, the unit was not shutting off and was running and loud all night long.

Great location and sitting areas inside and out to relax after we returned from dinner. Beds were comfortable.

Had a problem locking the door (but reported it on check-out and they took it seriously, creating a work order). Breakfast was so-so (but also included in the stay).
