Jo greeted us with a smile and good instructions about the apartment. Information about bakery, groceries and sites of Reims were provided as well, all within walking distance from the apartment. We arrived by train and we were able to walk to the the apartment within 10 minutes (easy walking through a wonderful park area..enjoy the lovely large trees providing tons of shade)

Nice appartement on walking distance from the centre. Our French isn’t great, but we managed with hands and feet. We misunderstood were we could park. It is not the big parking, but there is a ‘private’ parking; great! The garage door needs to be opended by the owner. There is a cute café on the corner of the street, gives some noice on the weekends. We had a great stay!

Communication with the property owner difficult because of the language barrier. Scaffolding around the entrance because of construction project was a minor inconvenience. Property was close and convenient.

Bel appartement, grand, très bien situé. équipement ok. Le plus garage privé ferme qui touche l l'appartement. Petit bémol, la chambre qui se trouve cote rue est bruyante le matin mais rien de méchant pour une grande ville. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, avenant et discret. Tres bon séjour

Appartement agréable en centre-ville
Appartement petit mais tout confort dans le centre-ville de Reims, à distance de marche des principaux points d'intérêt. Quartier tranquille avec des commerces de proximité. Parking fermé juste à côté mais mieux vaut éviter les grosses voitures. Des travaux de maintenance sont à prévoir mais rien de rédhibitoire. Bonne communication et accueil chaleureux par notre hôte que nous remercions.

Charmant séjour
Appartement très bien équipé, à proximité de tout, avec en plus une petite cour, qui permet de manger dehors lorsqu'il fait beau! L'appartement est équipé d'un garage, c'est un plus non négligeable.
Le propriétaire est très accueillant, ponctuel. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Schöne kleine Stadtwohnung
Die kleine Stadtwohnung eignet sich hervorragend um Reims und die Champagne zu entdecken. Man ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Kathedrale. Die Terasse ist schön, um draußen zu sitzen, besonders abends mit der schönen Beleuchtung. Check in und Check out haben problemlos funktioniert. Alles top!

Great spot, quiet but central
The apartment is great, spacious and quiet. Walking distance to everything. We stayed almost two weeks and it was easy to shop and cook and feel settled. Jo is a really nice guy. It felt odd paying cash through Western Union in advance, but it is legit.

Lovely wee place!
Great stay at this apartment in Reims. Everything you could possibly need was there. The location was spot on for enjoyable walks around the shops and also to the Champagne caves around the town. We had our car with us so were able to drive around the vineyards too. Would recommend. Thank you Jo!

Nous avons passé un adorable week-end. L'accueil fut fort sympathique et rien ne nous a manqué.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel, beau et la propreté était au rendez-vous.

Les commerces, la cathédrale💒� , les brasseries🥂� 🍾� 🍽�, le marché couvert et parking sont vraiment à quelques pas... 👣�, tout était parfait.
Nous recommandons fortement cette location et espérons, pourquoi pas, à l'occasion, y revenir.

OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO
Ottimo appartamento, al limitare del centro città da visitare a piedi: c'è tutto quanto necessario, pulito ed il proprietario Jo Grenier simpatico e gentile. Ottimo per due o tre persone, un po' più stretti se si è in quattro come eravamo noi.

Bel appartement très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville à pied. L'intérieur est très propre et moderne et dispose de nombreuses commodités. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et prévenant. Rien à redire!!

STUDIO COQUET ET DOUILLET
Très bien situé en rez de chaussée à 2 pas du Centre des Congrès dans une rue calme en sens unique. Studio lumineux, joliment décoré et fonctionnel. Grande chambre indépendante avec une très bonne literie et donnant sur une agréable terrasse. Propriétaire accueillant, aux petits soins. Tout était parfait!
