The property is set 15 minutes drive from the beach and the town of Loule. Easy to access and being able to lie around and enjoy the pool on the days you don’t want to travel are lovely. The house is functional, the kitchen is tired but all items do work. The aircon in the bedrooms is appreciated on hot days. There is a serious lack of communication between the owner of the property and Tita, who tries to facilitate the bookings and check-in and check-out process for Vrbo clients. We discovered, on arriving on the Friday, that the owner takes bookings from Saturday to Saturdays. This is not clear on the website and we had paid for that day. Luckily Vrbo was able to accommodate a hotel for us on that Friday and we managed to check in the next day. We had also been assured we could check out an hour later than stipulated and then had the owner appear early and told us to leave. The owner appeared on some days without warning to garden etc while we were at the house and so privacy is a bit hit and miss. Tita was supportive when we asked for warning to ensure we could leave the property when maintenance needed to be done. This might not bother other guests but we prefer privacy when renting a house. Tita has tried to be as accommodating as possible but communication between all parties can be improved.

The hot water ran dirty with rust, the bath was corroding, the house had not been cleaned, the door fell off of the kitchen cabinet, cobwebs in the kitchen extractor, the pool was overloaded with chlorine and the electric system triped 6 times in one week. Great place for a horror movie.

We've had a wonderful holiday! The house is very spacious, the pool and garden are amazing. The owner is very friendly and always keen to help, when needed. We would love to come back soon.

Jolie maison , spacieuse , piscine agréable . bémols pour nous la maison est mitoyenne : l'annexe cité dans l'annonce était occupée par 2 personnes, même si discrètes ce n'est pas top coté intimité. Pour le reste il y a que le minimum :pas de draps de rechange;pas de nettoyant sol, prevoir sel,poivre, bois barbeuc etc...mais ça reste une belle maison

Wij hebben het huis voor 5 weken gehuurd en hebben het in deze periode als ons thuis beschouwd. De fruitbomen waren een bonus. Vriendelijke eigenaar, kwam direct als wij hem nodig hadden. De tussenpersoon (die ons hielp als tolk) was ook altijd bereikbaar als wij haar nodig hadden. Thanks for making our stay pleasant. Ed and Diana

Très belle maison, bon emplacement au calme et fonctionnelle. Piscine agréable. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l’écoute.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de presque 2 semaines. Les enfants étaient ravis de la piscine. Le propriétaire est très gentil et á l’écoute. Je recommande à tout le monde.
