Rick was super communicative & helpful. The studio was adorable & clean. The hot tub was divine.

We've stayed in the larger unit on the same property and then this smaller unit and we loved them both. Spotlessly clean, just right for my partner and I looking to get a night away from the kids. Each time, we went on a hike, soaked in the hot tub, and snuggled up to watch movies/play video games. And the complimentary candy is just the right touch for us :) We're planning another getaway in a few weeks and hope to stay here again!

Cute property, well maintained, big, fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Kitchen was well appointed, and everything was clean and tidy! Will definitely stay there again!

It was cozy and close to everything. Loved the music feature with old LPs. Husband would have liked a decaf coffee option but he managed fine. The host was very nice and helpful.

This place was perfect. It was very clean, very private, and comfortable. It was stocked with plenty of towels and dishes. We liked that is was in the middle of town with a 24 hour QFC in walking distance. It also has a reserved parking space for guests, so we never had to worry about losing our parking spot. We loved using the hot tub, especially after a day of hiking in the mountains. We will definitely stay here again the next time we want to spend a weekend in North Bend.

The property was easy to find off of I-90. Clean and cozy as pictured. Close to downtown and only a short drive to Snoqualmie Falls. The owner is friendly and responsive. We were just passing through on our way to Canada, so we didn't have much time to explore. Would definitely go back to North Bend and would be happy to stay at this rental again!

Grest location, we walked to town for breakfast. Nice stop on our travels. Clean and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We look forward to our next stay.Dave and Paris

Rick’s property was an absolute paradise. Probably one of the best retreats I have ever had in a long while. Complete with amenities, a record player, grill, hot tub jacuzzi, candles, tv, and so much more! The entire place was perfection to me.

Such a perfect place! Had everything we needed! The hot tub was such a great addition. The room was in walking distance to everything and snoqualmie falls were a short drive away.

Absolutely gorgeous, everything felt so cozy and was absolutely kept well. Felt like an instant little home for us. Definitely look forward to going back!

The property was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a really nice touch as it allowed the living space to spill into the outdoors. The hot tub is a nice touch especially after a long flight. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could need in a place this size. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of space for two of us to be in there at the same time. Even though the house is situated on a busy street it was very quiet in the mother-in-law suite. Street parking was easy and the location allowed us to walk everywhere we needed. There are great coffee shops, small restaurants and plenty of hikes nearby. What a beautiful, quiet little community North Bend was. Thanks for having us.

Super great place to stay in North bend. Can walk to resturants. Wonderful hiking and biking close by. The hot tub and patio are terrific.

We wanted to get out of the city so decided to do a little staycation, and this was the perfect spot! The hot tub is fabulous and the studio is so cozy. It's attached to the house but you feel plenty of privacy. I love that they are pet friendly and the fenced in backyard was such a nice surprise for my dogs. I would 100% stay here again, hopefully for longer than 1 night next time!

Cherry and I were very impressed with all and numerous amenities. We also appreciated how the accommodations were fresh and spotlessly clean. Terry cloth robes were an unexpected luxury. It was like having our own very private place, felt like home. Really enjoyed The record albums, very cool!! Would highly recommend 'Mother-in-Law Inn' to anyone planning on a visit to North Bend.

This is a wonderful place. Owner had everything ready for us. Exceptionally clean, updated and unbelievably well stocked. Coffee, tea, baking supplies, snacks, games, toiletries, the list goes on and on. Jacuzzi and deck were private and robes were provided. Extra twin aero bed with all the bedding was available for use. Close to everything in Northbend. Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Definitely would stay here again.

Great for a couple's getaway

This place was fabulous! Well stocked, with bathrobes and toiletries, and everything was well marked, easy to understand. Such a lovely oasis!

Very comfortable, cozy, beautiful place in North Bend. My fiancée and I were very impressed with how well outfitted and clean the unit was. Arriving and checking out both could not be smoother; the bed was great. We both agreed we'd love to come back in the summer and spend some time outdoors under the lights! Highly recommended. So. I kind of want to stay forever. I live in Cle Elum and often have to work for extended days in a row in Seattle. Normally I would drive back and forth but during the winter I didn’t want to. Full disclosure I was contemplating staying at Salish Lodge because I wanted a peaceful place to recoup. But I was quite aware it would gobble up every penny I made. So. I looked at VRBO pensively and found this. I AM SO GLAD I DID. It was so perfect. I couldn’t believe I had my own private hot tub. The location is just a couple minutes off the freeway and just steps to peruse downtown north bend’s shops. The hosts were invisible but so so hospitable and attentive through text inside VRBO. I just came and went as I pleases. The space is entirely updated. And they have even amped up the linens from the photos. I took a picture but I don’t think I can upload it. It has a very pottery barn feel with an eyelet white duvet, a gorgeous white quilt and gobs of pillows so you can find just the right comfort. It is simply but so tastefully decorated. And it really feels like the hosts were your best friends who wanted to make your stay cozy and private. I really can’t say enough good things. It was only open for the 2 nights I needed it. But I was able to save so much money over a nice hotel and I felt like I scored! I ran to QFC when I was in Bellevue before I showed up here. Had enough groceries in one bag to get me through 2 evenings. I was able to finish up work and unwind at the end of every day and get a great nights sleep. It is just a studio with a private bath but if you just have one person or a couple .... I’m serious I could live here. If it’s even remotely an okay location for what you’re looking for don’t even think twice about booking this place. It’s wayyyyyy better than a nice hotel and given what I was looking for - I am so happy I found it. When I have to be in the seattle area for work or an event I will look for another excuse to stay here. Or man. Even if I just want a couple of quiet days to myself. I would stay here and go antique shopping in north bend, catch a movie s d enjoy a little alone time. :) It was a score!
