La nostra villa dispone di TRE CAMERE DA LETTO, una camera da letto matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, bagno privato e TV / DVD con Foxtel, due camere da letto extra con due letti singoli in ogni camera, che possono ospitare fino a sei persone. C'è un secondo bagno e lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice e una seconda toilette.

La nostra villa è adatta per gli anziani con accesso da un vialetto piatto e ingresso quando arrivate per afferrare i binari in entrambe le docce e una sedia da doccia per gli ospiti (peso massimo 100 kg). Le docce hanno accesso piatto senza piano cottura.

Great Beach Holiday
Great little property, perfectly situated to for the beach, getting into town and exploring further. Loved our morning and evening walks on the beach. Host was super easy to get hold of before and during our stay. Really appreciated this. Everything was exactly as presented in the listing.

Loved our stay and will definitely stay again. I did think there was a cot in one of the rooms which ended up being a portacot. Not a problem for us but just so any other families know. Great location, clean property with everything you need and more. Kids loved the books and games

Fantastic location and spotless house
This house is immaculate and everything is provided which is a great bonus not havinf to cart linen on your holiday. The location is close to amenities and right near the beautiful Middleton beach. You may even see the friendly local bandicoot!

Very nice stay
Sue is a very nice host and easy to communicate. The place is perfect for my holiday in Albany, in a very good location (close to the Emu Point and the town centre) and very clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who would like to spend some time in Albany.

Great location by the beach, comfortable house.
The house was exactly as described online and in the photos. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Very close to the beach, just a short walk and nice and quiet. Plenty of useful information provided by owner. My only gripe was no access to power points to charge phones/devices, we had to reach behind a bedside table to unplug the alarm clock and use that. In this day and age, I would expect at least one or two outlets for this purpose but easy to fix with a power board. Would stay again.

Perfect house in perfect location
The house was perfect for us as 3 couples. The property was spotlessly clean and there was ample space for us all. Everything that we needed was in the house and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend the house and we would definitely stay there again. I would also like to add that dealing with Sue was so easy with any email sent for information being replied to quickly.

Visited Albany for work. We found the Middleton Bay Retreat perfect for three of us to stay and live for two weeks. Convenient location and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves. Would definitely stay again

Lovely accommodation close to the beach
The property was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed and was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay again. The coastal path is literally on the doorstep which makes walking or cycling everywhere very easy.

This house was spacious, clean, modern and fully equipped with everything that we could need. It was also at a great location - close to the city centre but also right next to a beach and a golf course. Would definitely come here again and recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It is nicely appointed, clean and functional. It is very close to the beach and scenic walks. Coffee shops and restaurants are also within a walking distance. Overall, five out of five!

Spotless Villa
Family of four adults enjoyed our 2 day stay in Albany at this Villa. Everything you needed and very clean. Great being so close to Middleton Beach for early morning walks and fishing and my husband enjoyed playing 9 holes of golf with the Albany Golf Club being on your doorstep. The complimentary bottle of red wine was delicious and a lovely touch.
