Questo appartamento si trova a Fajardo, di fronte alla Villa Marina. L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per il tuo soggiorno a Puerto Rico. C'è anche una bella piscina con scivolo situata all'interno della proprietà a cui gli ospiti hanno accesso totale.
Questo appartamento ha tre camere da letto con due bagni completi. Il Livingroom è completamente attrezzato con una TV da 50 ”, con altoparlanti via cavo, netflix, WiFi e bluetooth. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili da cucina, stoviglie, pentole, piano cottura, forno a microonde, frigorifero e quattro posti a sedere. I bagni sono completamente attrezzati con acqua calda, carta igienica e asciugamani puliti. La camera da letto n. 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV da 40 "con netflix e cavo. La camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo con due posti a sedere. La camera da letto n. 3 ha un letto full size con due posti a sedere. Il balcone ha un patio ed è l'unico posto dove è permesso fumare. La lavanderia è completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice e lavandino inclinato.
Ti forniremo un pin di quattro cifre per entrare nella proprietà recintata, inoltre ti forniremo un pin per entrare nell'appartamento. La proprietà ha un pool a cui è richiesta una chiave del pool per accedere. (Nota) Se si perde la chiave del pool, si perderà il deposito.
Una volta completata la prenotazione, una settimana prima dell'arrivo, invieremo un'email con tutti i dettagli su come raggiungere la proprietà e tutti i codici di accesso.
L'appartamento si trova di fronte al porto turistico, dove è possibile prendere barche a noleggio per andare a pesca, catamarani e tour in kayak. Inoltre, siamo a pochi minuti dai traghetti per Culebra, Vieques e altre isole. Ci sono anche ottimi ristoranti nella zona. Seven Seas Beach è a 5 minuti o Luquillo Beach è a 15 minuti.
Si consiglia di noleggiare un'auto per spostarsi a Fajardo. Abbiamo un parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. Nota: non parcheggiare su alcun parcheggio con un numero.

Just spend my vacation in. P.R last week in this property and I'll recommend 100 %. Very clean place, AC in every room and the Owner was always available to answer any questions. I will stay at this property again no doubt. Property is close to everything.

Finding and accessing the property was a problem. Poor communication of location and access prior to arrival on site. With no street names or property numbers on the street and no pictures of the property from the street, finding the property is "a hunt". Once we made contact with the host confidence increased but with good communication early and sufficient information about locating the specific property no contact with the host would be needed. We would not stay there again.

Very comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail, the kitchen has everything you need and even more, in every room there is a TV, air conditioning and an alex speaker, there are accessories for a comfortable stay on the beach
The community is very safe, with security cameras everywhere and locked gates at the entrance/exit.
The beach is 8 minutes away.
Next time we will only stay here.

This is a cute refinished apartment in a run down area. The owner is very responsive if you have questions. It is very close to a marina, but the kayak areas are not right by this marina… you will need to drive about 7 minutes to get to where the bioluminescence tours are. We enjoyed having an apartment that we could cook in and watch a family movie after busy tourist days. I would stay here again even though the neighborhood is rough. We were so busy in Fajardo that we didn’t have time to try the pool.

Good apartment in a recovering complex.
The apartment itself was great for us. The laundry was especially appreciated. The kitchen was basic but functional. The apartment was clean and the beds and bathrooms were good. We had a little problem getting the gate code to work when we checked in, but Carlos was quick to respond and we weren't delayed. For us, the main purpose of this apartment was as a home base as we went out to other activities and it worked great for that. It is of course adjacent to the marina, but you need to drive for pretty much all other things. Parking was easy and the complex was safe with onsite security. But it is important to note that the complex is still recovering from previous damage. While we were there they were repairing the exterior concrete of the building we were in and were prepping it to paint so there was a lot of banging going on during the day but the workers were good friendly guys. The majority of the units appeared empty while we were there. The pool was clean but is very rough with tiles broken, chairs broken, etc. So, if you're looking for a good home base, which we were, I highly recommend this property. If you are looking for something closer to a resort experience, that is not what this complex currently is. Hopefully, someday it will be back to its obvious former glory and we look forward to going back then!

This condo is close to the rainforest, bioluminescent bay, ferry to Culebra and great beaches. We didn’t use the pool since we went to the beach. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site.

Keep food in the refrigerator to avoid the little bugs of the island. I was nothing crazy because it is very clean in the house but we did learn to keep everything in the frig.
Carlos was very easy to get ahold of during our stay, which was very helpful.

We only stood at the property for 1 night. I did not like the area.. the property owner was understanding and we agreed to pay 2 nights, and he would return the 2 other nights..

House was very clean in a great location, communication with host was excellent! Very roomy for a family of 4 and location was perfect. Highly recommended, I will stay again next time I’m in Puerto Rico

Awesome host
The host, Carlos, was absolutely the best and easiest host I've dealt with, and the condo was super clean, and exactly as described. I highly recommend using this unit.

Fajardo stay
Everything went as planned, the owner helped me check in with ease. The place was clean and had many items left for us to use (cooler, beach chairs, etc.) The only thing that was a negative was the pool could not be used, but that was NO FAULT to the owner. This was due to COVID-19 precautions. Thank you. We would stay here again.

Excellent!
Wonderful experience. The owner communicated with us during the check in process and answered questions about local attractions while we were there. The property is amazing and beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are provided. The washer and dryer also came in handy. The patio was my favorite spot to sit and relax after days on the beach. Pool was also awesome for relaxing days before heading home.

Great apartment
Beautiful well stocked apartment is an easy to get to and centralized location. Close to beaches restaurants and shops. The owner was very accommodating and has a lot of amenities available for guests to use. The only down side was the pool was not available at the time of our stay. I did get to see the pool which is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
