The property was very clean and in a great location. It worked out for us very well and the kids enjoyed their own space downstairs.

We had a fantastic time at the house! It was beautiful and the location was perfect for travelling to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as Winter Park attractions. The house was equipped with everything you could need and we had several family meals for our entire group at the house. Would definitely rent again!!

The condo was exceptionally well equipped and the location was convenient to restaurants, bars and shops in Winter Park. It was also convenient to the bus stop, which allowed our group to ski on their own schedule. The really only negative is the amount of steps. If mobility or health are an issue, this is not a good selection; otherwise, I would highly recommend it if you are planning a vacation to Winter Park.

The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking items you need. The hot tub was great for relaxing and helping our sore muscles after a full day of skiing.

We loved the property. It had private spaces for everyone and spaces to be together. The kitchen was one of the best supplied I have ever seen. Every appliance and tool was there to use. Everything was in good working order. Our only complaint was a lack of towels, bath and kitchen. Everyone gave it a thumbs up. The location was convenient.

This is our second year staying with you. My only complaint is it would be nice to have a discount. We would be a regular but do need to shop around for better value.

Great Stay at Red Quill Village
Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, 2 teens, 1 10 year old) greatly enjoyed our stay at Dawn's Red Quill Village townhouse. The house had a great location and within walking distance of restaurants. The home was immaculate, well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked. We used the outdoor grill on two occasions and this was a nice addition. The photos accurately portray both the exterior and interior of the home. Dawn was the perfect host. We had a few minor issues and she was prompt in addressing the matters. If you have mobility issues, the home does have many steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great Winter Park Ski Trip
Super nice ski condo close to town and an easy drive to the WP shuttle lots. Especially impressive kitchen with high quality pots, pans, cutlery, and appliances. A perfect place for our group of 3 families and 6 kiddos. We loved it, and Dawn, the host, was great! Thanks!

Family Ski Trip
We brought our adult children and their spouses for a week long get-away to the mountains. Some are skiers and some took lessons for the first time.
Townhome is nicely decorated, stocked well, and clean. It has a ton of stairs which became an issue just for me since I broke my legs in 4 places the first day of skiing. But it was a very comfortable place to rest while waiting on my surgery date.

Fabulous Townhome!
This vacation rental is one of the best our family has had the pleasure of renting! We had 8 people staying here, and it was very spacious and comfortable for our ski trip to Winter Park. It’s very convenient to the resort as well as shops and restaurants. All rooms are exactly as the pictures show, but what they don’t show is how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms are for guests. There are plenty of cookware, spices, and toiletries for guests to use (which are always an issue at other rentals). The owners included very clear instructions for check in and checkout, and they were very responsive to our inquiries. We would highly recommend this townhome to any renters and would absolutely stay there again on future trips to Winter Park! 😊

Great location and has all your needs
We had a large group of friends for a ski trip. This house was convenient with a 2 minutes walk to the lift bus stop, grocery store, liquor store, and more!
They also had a well stocked kitchen with spices, Tupperware, crockpots, etc. Dawn was easy to work with and even provided a mixer when I asked!
Overall, great location and kitchen! We would stay here again.

Picture Perfect
My friends and I had an amazing weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Pictures don’t do it justice! It was not only beautiful and clean but it was spacious for our group of 7 and perfectly located to catch the bus that took us straight to Winter Park Resort.
However, what stood out the most was the small attention to details in ensuring you had everything you could possibly need, from the extra towels and flip flops for the hot tub, to the cabinet full of games, to the boot warmers for your ski equipment. I can confidently speak for all of my friends and say that we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Dawn for being such an incredible host.

This house has EVERYTHING!! Space, amenities, comfort, little unexpected touches that make it great! Like the humidifiers in every room, the hot tub already hot and ready, comfortable beds and pillows! It was just more than we even expected!

This property is fantastic. Close to everything in WP with multiple levels for everyone to spread out on. Dawn had literally everything you would need - even down to super thoughtful things like reading glasses and flip flops for the hot tub. We will be back!!

Nice Change of Scenery During Pandemic
My husband and I, along with two adult children and their significant others stayed for just 5 nights. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked for guest, including all the necessary cleaning supplies, hand sanitizers, etc. that are useful during the COVID pandemic. The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is exactly as pictured and in a great location for all the activities that Winter Park has to offer.

Beautiful location and property
A wonderful place to stay! Hostess was wonderful and accommodating, even when a few things needed to be addressed. It’s about a five minute drive to the slopes and walkable to restaurants. And the house is gorgeous!

Best Rental property to date!
We had so many great experiences here! The grocery store is super close and accessible. Loved the short walk to the store and public transportation. We were also able to walk to the movie theatre/bowling alley. The house exceeded our expectations. If you travel with kids you know they always get the shaft on beds. Not at this house! The "kids" room was on the bottom floor all to themselves. the 2 bunk beds both having upgraded full size mattresses was amazing! The day bed in the middle which serves as a couch made into a full trundle also. that means 6 full size UPGRADED mattresses for the kids/tweens! The kitchen and its accessories PLUS free condiments did not disappoint either. We were so surprised at our gift basket with goodies the home owners left. I cannot speak to the timely response from the homeowners because... we did not need them for a single thing!! everything worked, was labeled, easy to find etc. The dining table was HUGE. The powder room for all to share while in the living/kitchen was great. Every guest had their own private bath that was not the common restroom. Highly HIGHLY recommend this property.

Was a great experience, it was just what we needed plenty of bedroom with private bathroom. Our family of 6 adults, 2 high schooler and 2 young one had a great time as everything we needed was there and in good working condition. Had one problem, we did not realize that it took longer to boil water at high altitudes. Would recommend this place to all.

Fantastic doesn’t do this rental justice!!!
We absolutely loved this property! We had vey high expectations when we booked this property and it exceeded every one of them! Everything we needed was provided including a few items we didn’t even expect. Management was very attentive to our needs and quick to respond to questions.
We had three couples and four adult boys for a total of 10 people. The three bedrooms on the third floor and the bunkhouse on ground floor is a great feature to maintain the generation gap. Every couple had their own bathroom and the boys found the bunk beds to be extremely sturdy and spacious.
The shuttle bus stop was no more than a two to three minute walk from the front door. There are multiple lines passing by every 15 to 20 minutes (winter schedule) so wait time was minimal and we found this to be a wonderful convenience (be sure to download the lift ride app to your phone for real time bus updates).
The entire condo and hot tub were very clean and professionally maintained.
I can only hope that this rental is available the next time we visit Winter Park.

Amazing
We just stayed at this wonderful townhouse. It was better than expected! Close to the mountain, perfect layout for kids and adults, the kitchen had everything v we needed to cook dinners, hot tub and grill. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Well-equipped Condo in great location
The condo was great. It was in excellent condition with every detail covered. It had everything you would have in your own home from napkins to scissors to laundry soap to hot tub towels.
The unit looks just like the pictures.
We were there over Christmas. The owner had enough Christmas decorations to feel festive without overwhelming the space.
We drove an extended GMC Yukon which fit easily in the garage.
The keyless entry made condo access easy.
The location was ideal. We walked to dinner most nights. The shuttle stop was very close.
We rented skies from Breeze at the owner's suggestion, also close by and easy to deal with.
The living room television had Netflix and Amazon access (with your own password) as well as cable/satellite. Each bedroom also had a TV.
It snowed while we were there and the snow plows were there quickly. It was never impassable.
There was great garage storage for skis and ski boots. The entryway had plenty of hooks for coats and snow pants plus space for shoes as well as a bench to sit and put your shoes on.
My family was very impressed with the unit. It is very upscale and spacious.

Loved, loved , loved all the extras & amenities..!! Soaps, shampoos (although we brought our own), spices, teas, etc!! Advertised as kid friendly, so baby gates would have been a big help. (Especially since we had an 18 month old...yikes!!) Extra pillow cases would have been nice, since a lot of us use more than 1 pillow. Lotsa pillows, but no cases!

Beautiful home in the heart of Winter Park
Wow! This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed here over the weekend and with 7 adults and two kiddos, the place was spacious and felt like home away from home.
The location can’t be beat! With several trails steps from the front door, we enjoyed walking along the river and exploring the hills. And even better, the restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and even the amphitheater are a short walk along the main road.
The place itself is huge! Sleeping arrangements were a piece of cake. With three couples sleeping in the rooms upstairs, it was so great that each room had its own bathroom—two had them in their rooms and one in the hall for the third bathroom. Even better, the bunkbed room in the basement also had it’s own bathroom as well! We couldn’t believe how much space there was!
My favorite part was the amazing kitchen. It had all the essentials we needed to cook a few meals and plenty of seating—which was great for gathering in the mornings to eat breakfast and enjoy coffee.
We’ll definitely be back in the future and looking forward to ski season!
