Benvenuti al lago in stile rustico sul lungomare. Questa splendida baita si trova sul segnavia da 36 miglia qui al Lago degli Ozarks. Dorme 16, quindi abbassa l'intero equipaggio e guarda cosa è la vita sul Lago. La master suite si trova al livello principale con un letto matrimoniale, bagno in camera, cabina armadio e uscire al piano superiore. Il livello principale ha anche la cucina e il soggiorno. Cammina verso un ponte schermato che si estende per tutta la lunghezza della casa per intrattenere, rilassarsi e godersi gli splendidi tramonti. Il livello superiore è un ampio soppalco con un letto matrimoniale e rotelle con 2 letti singoli. Il livello più basso della casa ha due camere per gli ospiti supplementari. Uno con un letto matrimoniale che cammina verso lo spazio del ponte inferiore. La camera sul retro ospita una stanza a castello per i kiddos. Un secondo soggiorno qui sotto ha anche una regina divano letto, tv e anche passeggiate verso il ponte aperto inferiore. Lakeside dispone di un ampio cortile in fondo al mare con incredibili viste sul canale principale. Un molo privato si trova sull'acqua per farti nuotare e goderti l'acqua. Ci sono anche una serie di scale che attraverso il muro del mare portano ad una dolce entrata in acqua che è grande per i bambini piccoli o cani. Nessun problema di parcheggio qui c'è un sacco di spazio per circa 4-6 veicoli a seconda delle dimensioni. Great property! Well stocked, clean kitchen. Adorable decor throughout. The whole process went smoothly; reservation- to checkout. The property mgmt group was responsive & polite the whole time. Truly appreciated this location for our family reunion in the Ozarks

We brought our own lily pad, lawn chairs, and water floats and spent lots of time hanging out on the dock. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to the area and had a blast. We had a total of 4 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk room. The screened in porch has a great view and a great place to start the day. The dock was great as well, plenty of room to tie our boat up, swimming, and fishing. Would have left 5 stars if they would have at least disclosed the ring security cameras everywhere.

Week at the Lake

Our stay was great we had 11 adults and all slept very comfortably. The house was very clean and beautiful, the dock was a very nice place to sit soak in some sun and watch the boats go by. Plus it is a very quiet area.

Rented this property for a bachelor party. House was beautiful and had great amenities. Would gladly stay there again.

My husband and I and our 4 best friends and all of our kids were so excited for our vacation at Sunrise Beach. We got down there and completely unpacked (mind you there was 7 small children with us). To realize the sump pump in the basement had been backing up. The property manager had called me about a half an hour beforehand (we drove 4.5 hours to get there). It was a Kansas number so I didn't answer and there was no voicemail left. The property manager offered us a replacement place to stay that night or we could stay and "rough it." As the secondary option was not suitable for us (twin beds and outdoor furniture indoors) we decided to rough it for the night. During the night the basement flooded into the bedrooms and was a huge mess. The next day the property manager came to speak with us and told us that not only would we be compensated for that first night but that she would get us more money back for our trouble. She was able to find us another place to stay that was suitable but it wasn't lake front nor did it have it's own dock. Our entire vacation was completely changed by this. We had to travel with 7 kids to go swimming and fishing and it definitely wasnt the vacation we had planned. The house itself was beautiful and we would have loved to stay there. After far too much haggling we never recieved the extra money back for our time and trouble. As I said, the property itself was fantastic but the way the property manager handled the situation was not. I will never work with Manage Me or it's affiliates again!

We really enjoyed this property. The boat dock was very big and nice. Great location with grocery nearby.

Great Place in the lake
Great place for our group of 5. Right on the water and wonderful decks that over look it. Only issue we had was that there were gentlemen doing construction on the place when we got there. Property manager had no idea it was happening and phone number on the listing wasn't even right. But I messaged and he got right back with a solution. Construction guys saw us and cleared out pretty quick, so it all ended up fine.

Awesome home!
Great place to stay. Close to a boat ramp which made things a lot easier. Only gave it 4 stars because the power to the outlets on the dock was cut. So we had to run an extension cord from the home to charge the boat batteries. Other than that, beautiful home and beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The view of the lake was amazing! There were only 3 of us, but there was plenty of room for a large family. All amenities were great. The upstairs screened porch was so nice and we loved the downstairs porch as well. We would definitely love to come back!!

Great rental cabin
My friends and I stayed here off season to celebrate a birthday. We had a great time. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space (only five of us). Four bedrooms, two and a half baths. The main level balcony is screened in. It was too bad our stay was cold and rainy; we could not hang out outside. The basement level was the egress to the dock. Nice and easy to gain access to the house with numbered door lock. We arrived late evening, so driving to the house was a little tricky mainly because of lack of "street" lights. And since it had been raining, the pathways were muddy and tricky to get up the hill. We only stayed for two days; we hope to book the place again when it gets warmer!
