Gram's Waterfront Cottage in Manette
Incredibile fuga sul lungomare. Caratteristico cottage a poche decine di metri dalla spiaggia senza sponde dell'acqua. Guarda il traffico in barca, i traghetti statali, la fauna selvatica o la balena occasionale. Goditi la veranda guardando l'alba o i tramonti.
A meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla storica Manette, dove troverete ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti.
Accogliente casetta con una camera da letto completamente arredata con servizi per godersi il soggiorno.

Facile accesso (4 scale) all'acqua / spiaggia dalla città della porta accanto.
Parcheggio sulla strada di fronte alla casa. Abbastanza spazio per 1 o 2 veicoli di medie dimensioni.
Porta scarpe da passeggio, biciclette, kayak o tavole da paddle e divertiti a remare verso il porto turistico di Bremerton o il ristorante Boat Shed è proprio dietro l'angolo e ha un molo per legare e pranzare o cenare sul loro enorme ponte. Durante la stagione, porta canne da pesca o pentole di granchio!
Panoramica del quartiere: strada a senso unico con molte case sul lungomare. Parcheggio sulla strada per gli ospiti. In meno di 5 minuti, cammina fino al centro di Manette e prendi una pasticceria al panificio Saboteur o Larry and Kristies. Visita il Manette Daily per un espresso o un panino. Pranza o una birra al Manette Saloon. Fai una passeggiata attraverso la Manette Trading Co. Goditi una cena meravigliosa in uno dei ristoranti altamente raccomandati come Boat Shed, La Fermata (italiano), Nightshade (vegano) o Hound and Bottle. Great place on the water! Watch the ferry go by as well as dolphins and seals occasionally. Cute, quiet, little comfy place to stay.

Great stay at the bayside cottage
We stayed here for two weeks waiting for our grandson to be born, as my son lives about two miles away. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. Will rent again next time we visit.

Incredible views and proximity to the water!
The pictures of Grandma's Cottage accurately portray the setting, the view, and interior. Everything a person could need or want is provided. I am so grateful to Dawn and Einar for installing a portable AC unit in anticipation of unseasonably hot weather. This was the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. I hope to return to Grandma's Cottage the next time I'm in Kitsap County.

Lovely quiet cottage in a great location!
We really enjoyed staying at Grams Cottage! Everything was as described & clean. Bed was comfy, heat was very good & the view was outstanding! We would definitely stay again if we ever head back to the area.

Gram’s was more than I imagined...
Loved, loved, loved the cottage. We never met, but Dawn was quick to respond to any question i had.
Not having brought my car, i walked everywhere. Unfortunately the bakeries were too close. :)
There is nothing i needed that i did not find in the cottage. Some rentals like to keep saying “we are fully stocked” when they are not. Gram’s may be small but it is/was “fully stocked”!
Felt at peace as i looked at the water where there was life of all kinds minding its own business as it passed by.
It being January, the porch was a delight when the sun was out.
I will remember to bring my binoculars when i do return.

Excellent get away
Such a smoth process. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The cottage was represented exactly as the pictures portrayed. The three "C'S"! CUTE, CLEAN AND COZY!

Beautiful views and wonderful house!
The cottage looked exactly as the pictures showed in the listing! Although there were a couple of spiders, the cottage was cozy and warm. It was easy to get our groceries delivered through Instacart as we came without a car but it was also convenient to go to one of the close restaurants nearby and get takeout. The cottage had amazing views of the water where we got to see seals and sea lions everyday. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome cottage
This cottage was perfect. We sat on the porch and watched seals and the ferries go by. It was so relaxing. Dawn was quick to provide information to us. The cottage was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and we especially enjoyed to fireplace. Thank you Dawn

Fantastic views
We loved Gram's waterfront cottage! It was within walking distance of the ferry, and restaurants. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the seals and boats go by. It was a very relaxing stay and I hope to come back soon. Thanks to Dawn and Minnie for the hospitality.

We loved Gram’s Waterfront Cottage
Gram’s Waterfront Cottage was located in a beautiful location on the shore of Peugeot Sound. It is the quintessential cottage. Al of the essentials were made available for us. Having a washer/dryer available was important, since we were staying 2 weeks. We were there to see our son and daughter-in-law and their new baby who live in Bremerton. It was a perfect location for us. We would definitely return to this cottage.

A nice quiet place
Our cottage was pleasantly situated right next to the bay. My husband and I enjoyed watching the ferries pass through. My husband didn't want to drive our car to the ferry dock and pay money to park so we walked to the dock. It was only about 20 min away from the cottage by foot so we had a lot of exercise. The area was very quiet. The cottage had everything we need for a comfortable stay. Dawn promptly answered any questions I had.

Gram’s cottage was a wonderful relaxing home for vacation. Owner was very easy to work with. Had everything we needed. It looks just like the pictures on Homeaway but a lot prettier. Definitely will recommend this cottage to our family and friends!

Couldn't stop looking at the view.
The cottage is just as nice as it looks. Very comfy and cozy.
The view is amazing and I couldn't stop watching all the activity of water fowl, Bald Eagles and Osprey. Saw some spectacular hunting by an Eagle and fishing by Osprey. Between water, birds and boats the viewing was totally mesmerizing.
Everything you need is within walking distance. Manette is really a great place to visit.

Relaxing few days with wonderful view
We stayed at this cozy cottage for a few days as part of our North Pacific trip. So pleased we did, everything you need is here! Well equipped kitchen and bed is so comfortable.
We loved the area and took trips to port gamble , Bainbridge Island and Gig Harbor which are all lovely. We were also lucky to be around for the annual Bridge Blast fireworks which was amazing.
Amazing views of the Sound, saw a submarine going out and apparently just missed a pod of Orcas!
We loved our stay and can highly recommend

Total relaxation
I found the cabin to exceed my idea of a small, comfortable waterfront cabin. It was clean, comfortable and was well furnished to include everything needed for my stay. I met and talked to the hosts and they were very friendly and enjoyable to converse with. They gave me total privacy to enjoy my stay. Will definitely return again.

My wife and I loved this property! The property itself is well appointed, and the view of the water is spectacular. Gram's was clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home, and , while small, was exactly want we wanted as an alternative to renting a hotel room. We hope to stay at Gram's every time we come to the Bremerton area. A real plus for us was how close it was to our son who lives in Manette.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway!
This property has amazing views, lots of activity to watch on the water, but also quiet and relaxing. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. We've stayed at lots of VRBO rentals, but none with this great ambiance and chill vibe. We already sent a request for our next stay. Thank you, Dawn, for being such a great host!

Peaceful Waterfront Cottage
What a great place to unwind! This beautifully appointed vintage waterfront cottage in the quaint village of Manette is quiet, secluded and well-equipped. The only noise we heard was the occasional eagle's scream and a ferry's horn in the fog...which by the way, is a great way to enjoy a leisurely crossing to Seattle. Seattle's ferry landing is just blocks from world-famous Pike's Place Public Market, an adventure worth the time. The cottage was stocked with far more than we expected. The owners have gone out of their way to make it cozy and reminiscent of the 30's when it was built. Bravo! The sudden departure from the hustle and bustle of the Seattle area is astounding...no crowds, no traffic, just a peaceful waterside place to relax. Truly a remarkable Pacific Northwest gem.

Farm's cottage is fabulous. Dawn has thought of everything you could possibly need and the waterfront views are amazing. We had the best time. Would most definitely come again.
