Sehr ansprechend gestaltetes, gepflegtes und großzügiges Appartement. Tolles Bad und gute Lage direkt an der schnuckeligen Innenstadt. Freundliches Personal.

Die Terrasse war eine Enttäuschung. Die Abluftrohre des daruntererliegenden Restaurants De Juf (welches gut ist) laufen an der Terrasse entlang. Von morgens bis ca 18 Uhr lief die Abluftanlage täglich täglich. Sie war laut und es stank. Wir haben die Terrasse gar nicht genutzt. Die Möbel waren dort verwittert und es stand noch ein voller Aschenbecher auf dem Tisch. Die Info mit dem Abluftrohr hätte ich gerne vorher gehabt, dann hätte ich die Wohnung nicht gebucht. Es wäre toll, wenn man vorher genau die Wohnung auf Fotos sehen kann, die man bekommt. Unsere Wohnung vom letzten Mal bei diesem Hotel war sehr schön ohne Einschränkung!

Stylish and comfortable

Heerlijk appartement, midden in de stad. De bedden (incl slaapbank), het beddengoed allemaal erg goed!

Niets eigenlijk wat niet beviel. Het enige is dat het wat gehorig is. En er mist een afwasborstel.

Nice location with great view. Terrace to sit, very quiet and private. 1 bed and 1 sleeping couch. Parking garage nearby (10 min walk). Can park also in front of the apartment.

Major disappointment that the 'kitchenette' didn't have anything to cook, just a sink and some cups and plates... No microwave, stove etc. It is shown in the picture to have a stove, it mentions 'kitchenette' and it's in an apartment, so that's why we booked it. We might just as well have booked a hotel instead. The location is actually not in the main building itself but in a different location 7 mins walk from the main reception. This wasn't also very clear. So, that's why the low rating; if this is advertised as a hotel apartment without kitchen but with a sink, it would be clearer.

It looked great and the location was perfect.

The receptionist wasn't very updated. Although we paid for the room via booking, she was asking for a payment. After checking everything was good but it took a lot of time. Also we got the wrong room without a terrace which we paid for.

Very comfortable beds, very nice furnitured rooms. It was veryl clean and has a big bathroom. Suzanna was very friendly and very nice to us despite the fact that we arrived quite late at night. The place is very good located in the middle of Middelburg. We recommend this place and say "Thank you" :-)

One bigger mirror is missing in the living room especially when you're staying with 3 girls dressing up at the same time ;). But that's not a real problem though, just a nice-to-have. We were missing towels for the dishes though

The place is so homey and cute, the location ia the best and they even have bio coffee! Suzanne was kind enough to let us keep our bags there and there is a charging station for e-bikes just in front of the place. We had a great stay!
