La nostra casa è stata completata nell'agosto 2018 e siamo lieti di presentare il nostro nuovo edificio. La casa è di 184 m², dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Entrambi i bagni hanno una cabina doccia e il bagno principale ha anche un bagno. Le camere sono tutte inondate di luce e decorate con toni chiari e caldi. Il soggiorno ha una Smart TV da 55 ", la camera degli ospiti e la camera da letto principale sono dotate di TV da 43". Novità da agosto 2019: programma TV tedesco disponibile!
Dalla camera da letto principale, che ha un letto king size, hai la possibilità di saltare attraverso la porta scorrevole nella piscina. Il ponte piscina è più di 100 metri quadrati, ha una terrazza coperta (16 metri quadrati) e ha una gabbia, che assicura che i piccoli animali e insetti non si preoccupano.
L'area della piscina invita a sedersi, mangiare, grigliare, nuotare e rilassarsi insieme, la piscina ha una dimensione di 10 × 2,6 metri .. Inoltre, questo ha ancora una zona acque poco profonde dove è possibile rilassarsi o particolarmente adatto per i bambini piccoli (sotto controllo).
Le due camere sono inoltre dotate di letti king size.
I servizi in loco sono curati, il che significa che puoi guardare avanti a una casa completamente ristrutturata. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is very comfortable and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we’ve ever rented. The pool was fantastic for our family. We spent a lot of time outside relaxing on the lanai. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property did not disappoint! Very comfortable and well equipped. 2 bedrooms and a bath on complete opposite ends of the house from the Master. The wrap around pool was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining. The owner and Property manager were quick to respond to any questions we had. Best of all this property is only 3 miles from the beach!! Looking forward to a return trip next year.

Loved this house and everything about it! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but close to beaches, golf, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor space is amazing and where we spent most of our time when we were "home." Karin was so easy to work with and ready to answer my questions. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Everything was as listed. I paid for pool heater which did not operate correctly. I contacted owner and they quickly refunded me for the cost. Would love to stay here again!

The lanai and pool were beautiful! The perfect spot to read a good book in the morning and card games at night. The house was perfect!

This property (home) was amazing! Just a short drive through the neighborhood and bam you were at the beach. Bikes, toys, coolers etc… everything you could possible need or want was available to us. It may sound crazy but the laundry room was to die for! The pool was the perfect ending to our days at the beach. The only downside for us the beds are super firm and we aren’t accustom to that. But we will definitely rent this home again on our next trip to the West Coast. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and the pool was stunning!
The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and close to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping stores. I am definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

Our week was amazing! The kids truly enjoyed the pool! All of the beaches are in very close proximity. Very easy to get around town. Such nice people in the area! The house was wonderful. Everything you need for a great stay! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your place!

This was a perfect house to stay at with our kids ages 4 & 8. They swam in the pool every chance they could when we weren’t at the beaches. The neighborhood is safe and we even used the bikes provided by the owners. Very nice getaway from Chicago for spring break! Hope to book again next year or sooner!!

The owners and management company are very receptive and have done a great job building and decorating their lovely home. The large pool is wonderful. There is even a 12 X 8 foot section that is only 6 inches deep which is great for children or just dipping your feet. The location is close to shopping, theaters, restaurants, beaches and other nearby activities. We enjoyed the owner provided bikes to ride two miles to Manasota Beach. The location on Heron Road is so great. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large patio with a large dining table, many chairs and umbrellas, etc., extra large pool, outdoor grill, three large screen TV's, there will not be a better place to stay in the Venice/Sarasota area. We are already hoping to return next year after our two months here.

We had a fantastic stay! South Venice, where there are a lot of new homes being built, Villa The Place is one of the nicest and newer homes. The owners and management company are very receptive and have done a great job building and decorating their lovely home. The large pool is wonderful. There is even a 12 X 8 foot section that is only 6 inches deep which is great for children or just dipping your feet. The location is close to shopping, theaters, restaurants, beaches and other nearby activities. We enjoyed the owner provided bikes to ride two miles to Manasota Beach. The location on Heron Road is so great. We made our reservation at the last minute, to attend a family event. Karin's home was modern and clean, included all necessary conveniences, and (most importantly to us) centrally located in southwest FL so that we could easily visit family members from St. Pete to Ft. Myers. We would definitely consider staying here again during an actual vacation, as the property is also near great beaches, good fishing, and downtown Venice.

It was very disappointing as we couldn’t use the pool because it was so thick with algae and bugs. The whole purpose of renting that house was because of the pool otherwise I could’ve rented for a whole lot less. By the time I left you could’ve used the pool from the 15th-17th as I left on the 18th, and that was questionable as it was still green. My friend even went home and I was embarrassed about this. Rooms were large, airy and clean. We loved it and highly recommend.
