The host was very welcoming provided us with a map of what to see and where to eat. The apartment is well lit with a nice view on the port. The neighborhood is safe. We had no problem finding a parking.

No heating in the living room nor the bathroom.

Location and friendly host

The location was great, just a few steps to the city center. We parked our car on the street next to the apartment (free of charge). We agreed the details of our arrival via WhatsApp and check in was just perfect. The host Domenico was waiting for us. He was extremely friendly and showed us the whole property. Domenico also recommended some interesting places for sightseeing. The apartment was spacious and fully-equipped, including TV set, nice kitchen and comfortable bedroom. At this place we really felt like at home.

We read opinions Wi-Fi is not available but we did not need it.

The lack of cellular coverage is somehow understandable, but combined with the lack of Wifi it was quite a pain in these days.

Owner met us at the property to welcome us. He made sure that we knew how everything worked and that we had everything we needed (in Italian but context and Google translate would be enough if you don't speak any Italian). He also told us the things to see in this pretty little town and made a table reservation for us for dinner (which was at a lovely trattoria and very reasonably priced). This made us feel very comfortable and welcome in the property and town. Appartment has everything needed to self cater and would suit a stay of a few days.

Everything was great with the apartment but it is on a steep hill and up a flight of stairs so may not suit people who are less fit.
