Le porche d'entrée vers les boîtes aux lettres étaient dans un état lamentable. Des ordures partout par terre ça mériterait d'être nettoyé

Perfectly located, handy to the train station, cosy and comfortable. Very happy with our short stay here.

Kitchen and bedroom was the Best

Sadly, nothing.

Unfortunately we were only in the accommodation approximately 30 minutes whilst my family and I waited for some help from the owner regarding a number of issues we immediately had. The owner took too long. We ended up having to pay 120€ for alternative accommodation in a hotel around the corner. The location is good. That’s all I can say that’s positive. Do not go to this property if you have a roof box on your vehicle as the area where you leave the car is not suitable. The maximum height will not accommodate and I was not aware of this beforehand. I called the numbers that were given to me & repeatedly & got an answer machine but no-one returned my call. When the owner finally returned my message they told us about a public carpark where we could leave our car. Unfortunately the maximum height was the same problem. The owners need to know these type of things as it’s hugely significant and impacts guests. So we were left wondering where on earth we could leave our car with all of our belongings. The owners offered no assistance for us, their paying guests. Also the accommodation does not fit 4 guests there is one double bed and I assumed a sofa bed would be the second bed. This though was not the case. The second bed that my teenage children were meant to sleep on was an actual narrow sofa. I was told that the cleaner had forgotten to make up the second bed but I could do it myself! I had a good look around wondering what on earth I was meant to use and discovered a rolled up array of blankets and a thick padded mattress topper that I was told to put on the sofa to make it more comfortable! At this point I had made up my mind we would not be staying. I’m glad I made that decision as when we went back to our car which we had had to abandon right outside the entrance, we discovered a pile of clothes that I believe possibly belonged to a homeless person. The area stank of urine and there was feaces on the wall as well.

Great location, walking distance to the centre of Le Mans. Secure parking for the car and a comfy double bed on the mezzanine with a sofa bed downstairs. Small but had everything you needed. Perfect for an overnight stay.

The kids liked having a bed upstairs. Good range of equipment; more than what we actually needed. Nice location within walking distance of town centre. We felt safe as the gate to the car was locked; locked access door to building and 2 locks on door. Very quiet building.

The bathroom sink wasn't draining properly; probably due to hair stuck in there, so we tried not to use it much.

The coffee machine is dirty.No body clean it, so we need to wash it before using it.
