Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were fantastic, they had great recommendations for where to eat. The food was great. It's in a huge building so you can always find it.

Good location Close to night markets, but the hotel itself & staff were the best. Cold drink & nibblies at the Sky bar is a must views are amazing & very reasonable prices. Room was beautiful with views over the city lovely big bath & very clean. Spa has seperate m & f sauna steam & jacuzzi room which was so beautiful & relaxing, only 150 000 dong ($8.50 aud) for 45mins. All Staff were friendly & helpful. Stayed in Deluxe room inc breakfast (which was outstanding) $112 aud p/nt. Melia Vinpearl great value for money.

The room was big, perfectly clean, and organized in a beautiful way. It was on floor 23, so we had a great view of Hue and the Perfume River. The staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful.

When we were checking out, the receptionist accused us of making a towel so dirty that it could not be cleaned, but we had just spilled some green tea – which is provided by the hotel and who’d you are allowed to drink in the room – on it. The issue was resolved quickly after we explained that the towel is stained with tea.

Heerlijke premium kamer met veel ruimte en een grote luxe badkamer. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een heerlijk drie daags verblijf.

The breakfast selection was excellent. The room was spacious and the view was grand. The pool was very good. The suggestion by staff on local restaurants was very helpful

The pool area was a bit stuffy as the folding doors were kept closed.

Almost everything about Melia in my opinion is excellent. The pricing of their rooms, services etc. theres not many hotels in hue that can offer such quality and service at such a good price. Been staying here every time when visiting hue.
