The location is great, the view from the livingroom amazing. Very spacious and cozy.

The only negative point is the noise from the bar downstairs, underneath the bedrooms. On the weekend it was quite loud until midnight. But if you are going to bed late anyway, this will not bother you.

The view and the location were fantastic and the place is really lovely (so are the owners). Apart from a sports bar next door that can be a bit noisy during football season at times (which can be tricky for families with toddlers) this place was spot on! Would we come back? - definitely!

The place is quite large, very well ventilated, a lot of light coming in, a gorgeous view to the sea. Many facilities available for cooking. The beds have real decent mattresses for a good night's sleep. Above all, the host Maria is a very kind host who's very flexible and understanding. I will definitely stay over again next time I'm in Sesimbra.

It can get a bit noisy in the early morning on the street side as service cars start the day. But nothing unbearable.
