Great home for smaller families or groups. Nice clean and well maintained. Little difficult in finding place but directions are spot on.

We had a great time in your rental. The location was perfect for us! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and took advantage of it almost everyday we were there. The check in directions perfect and easy to follow. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Unfortunately we had a last minute need for a VRBO and the owner was very accommodating despite only getting two days notice. He was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. The two bedroom home is very nice and it is ideally located across from the pool so it is perfect for families with kids. I would definitely rent again.

The property was wonderful. Pictures don't do the house justice. The pool is right next door to the house. Backyard is nice for BBQ and relaxing. We absolutely picked a winner!

We had an absolutely great time staying in this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5 to enjoy the week. Great bbq and sitting area outside and the living room was perfect. Bedrooms were like new and great sizes. The location across the street to the pool was awesome, for us with kids, to just walk across and swim. Very close to everything we wanted to do in a very safe/quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this property and we for sure will be back. Thank you!!

This house was very clean, great location, the host was easily available when we had a problem. Backyard was small, no view but lovely lemon tree, made homemade lemonade!

We had a last minute change in plans and Steve was amazing to accommodate our request and even let us in early to get settled. The house had everything we needed to cook a last minute Thanksgiving meal and the extra soap, toiletries, garbage bags were helpful to not have to add to our expenses. Steve was always prompt and I appreciate everything he did.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Every time I was in contact with Steve the homeowner he was very responsive of our questions etc.

Very clean and organized home. Nothing negative comes to mind. Price was fair . I would stay again.

This was my second year to stay at this house. I love the fact that it’s in a gated community where I can feel safe on my morning runs. The house is fully stocked with everything I needed from a blow dryer to coffee maker to soap for washing a load of laundry. I was surprised to find a few new additions. There is now a TV in the master bedroom. There’s a new refrigerator with water/ice dispenser (no more making ice). The cable package is upgraded, increasing the number of channels available. I also found a Keurig in the pantry! Had I known, I could’ve saved room in my car and not brought mine. This is the place to stay with all the amenities of home.

Very clean and well stocked home in quiet, gated neighborhood. All we had to do is buy groceries. There are many places to shop (or eat) close by. The homeowner (landlord) responds quickly to inquiries.

Property was good for 3 guests, great location for vacation golf plans, even played couple days @ Palm Valley Golf Club!! Little too cool in Jan. For swimming, but pool just across street!!

This is an excellent vacation home . Well stocked with everything you need and clean as a whistle .Location is good, shopping and good places to eat close by . Community pool is located right across the street and is very nice .Steve is very helpful and communicated on any questions we had . Hope to be back next year

We enjoyed are stay in Palm Valley. The house was well equipped for our one week stay. We felt safe and were central to lots of restaurant and activity options. We liked the fact that both the front and back porches were covered. We prefer fresh air to AC and were able to open the front and back doors at night to let the cool desert air in. The house was well-equipped, the neighborhood quiet, and the pool was just across the street.

The pictures do not do the house justice. Decorated with style and comfortable furniture. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need: coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, spices, oil, coffee, sugar, and flour. It was like we were still at home and we cooked many meals to save money on our trip. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Condiments and butter in the fridge. Found the cupboards fully stocked with a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and a first aid kit. The master bedroom could use a TV. This was the only negative about our stay. We’re used to falling asleep to a TV. We resorted to streaming on our computer and the slow WiFi made this really difficult. Neighborhood is nice, quiet, and perfectly safe for walking/running. Less than a mile walk to food/restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and already booked this same house for next year.

We were here for Spring training. The home clean and comfortable and close to shopping, the ballpark, and hiking. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future. Thank you.

House needed a good cleaning, kitchen needs help, ice maker broken, no blender, sink leaked & was leaking prior to our arrival. Lack of tuperware & dishes. Second bathroom had a definite sewer odor the entire stay, sheets for the beds are too large a wad up during sleep. Lovely neighborhood, house needs some help to compete.

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos. Although we didn't use the pool it is directly across the street. It is located in a very nice part of town and close to the Phoenix International Raceway which was why we chose it. Great choice of restaurants nearby. Easy communication with the owners. We'd choose this place again, it's like your home away from home!

We very much enjoyed our month long stay in Goodyear AZ. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location in a nice gated community was very convenient for dining, shopping and golf. We hope to return sometime and would definitely stay there again.

A friend and I spent a week at the house to go to Spring Training baseball games--about 12 minutes away from the park. The house was great. Everything we needed was provided. We ate most of our dinners on the patio with nice breezes and watched the sunset. We even picked a lemon off the lemon tree (not something people from Cleveland, Ohio get to do very often!). Quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores and every other store is close by, freeway is close by but not required to get places. Anytime I needed to call the owner I received an INSTANT and friendly response. The only things we needed were due to operator error though. Great week!!

We rented this home for a week to have space for two couples and a small child. It was perfect for our needs, other than the community pool not being heated in winter months. There were two playgrounds within the complex for our granddaughter. The house was clean and ready for us, and the owner Steve was available by phone or email if needed. Close to restaurants and groceries off Litchfield Road in Goodyear.

Very nice home with 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and two baths. Beds, linen, and accessories were all there and in very good condition. The unit was quite clean when we arrived, and there was a bonus in that it had a propane grill outside for cooking. Internet was outstanding, but TV channels were few. With the great internet we streamed movies and TV shows to supplement the lack of TV channels. The location in Palm Valley was excellent since there were many stores and restaurants in the immediate area. There is a nice pool across the street but it was too cool to partake on this trip, not heated. No Hot Tub available which would have been nice for those sore muscles after playing golf everyday. Close to many courses and Valley Golf, a great golf discount store. We plan on returning our next time to the Goodyear area.
