Great stay!

We rented this house for a Girls Trip and it was perfect. Great location and the outdoor area was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped too!

Hector and Jesus were great hosts. Very nice clean house in a good location for us. Pool and spa are super. Nice view of Mountains from backyard. All around great experience.

The home was as described. Easy access to downtown Palm Springs and several local sites. Three bathrooms is a plus. The hot tub worked perfectly for cold mornings and nights. Kitchen has sufficient amenities for cooking. Being able to let the sun shine in most windows is great with the mountain vista.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. If you are looking for a perfect location in Palm Springs, near a big grocery store, near good coffee and restaurants, then this is your spot. At the top end of Palm Springs. A quiet neighborhood, and a nice private back area to relax in by the pool and spa. The only thing we missed were table lamps in the middle and front bedroom, at night that would have made it cozy, calm and usefull to read by, making it not seem so austere. Same in the living room, an end table between the chair and sofa with a lamp in addition to the floor lamp would have been ideal. Very well equiped kitchen. Easy entry and exit. We enjoyed exploring the area and relaxing in this home enjoying the great weather by the pool!

Very clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were great! Brought the family and they all loved it. Location was good, not far to anywhere. Would stay there again! We had a few questions for the homeowner and they responded very quickly and were very helpful. Not a bad thing to say about the place.

My 2 adult daughters and I (From Madison, Wisconsin, Fort Collins, Colorado and St. George, Utah) met in Palm Springs for Thanksgiving. The Mid-Century Modern House was perfect for our stay. 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths. The place was so comfortable and convenient. Beds were comfortable as was the living room where we watched football. We plan on returning to Palm Springs and hopefully stay here again. A little glitch on getting in because key-less entry had been changed. The problem was resolved quickly by prompt response to our request--for an early entry. Great memories of our time in Palm Springs.

We loved this listing so much! It was extremely clean and comfortable, decorated so fun, and with the pool/spa/firepit it really didnt give us much reason to leave the house. Located in North Palm Springs, not too far from downtown and the owners were so sweet and accomodating. It worked perfectly for our ladies trip, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom (3x). The pool came with floaties and backyard games and even beach cruisers for a little ride. We are literally planning our next trip around the availability of this rental!

My friends and immensely enjoyed our time here. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was so wonderful and with the heat we were in there so much. The kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms had the best water pressure! Would highly recommend.

The house was great, especially the pool and backyard. I was pleasantly surprised on how well stocked the house was. It had everything you needed, including spices, olive oil, coffee, extra towels, hand soap, shampoo etc... You never know what you're going to get when you rent a house but this one had everything we needed. There were even bikes and rafts in the garage, which unfortunately I didn't notice till the day we were leaving. The hosts were wonderful as well, easy to reach on the phone and the property is easy to access with a code. You should be aware before renting that Palm Springs has a lot of laws about rental properties. You can not play music outside at anytime, day or night and only 3 cars allowed in the driveway, even though it can fit more. It was a bummer that we couldn't play music while relaxing in the pool, but still had an amazing stay.

The property was great. I received an email from the property managers asking me what time I would be there and if I needed/wanted a possible early check in to reach out. I emailed and called and received zero response. We were there with 7 people for 4 nights and there was one roll of paper towels and no extra toilet paper. So make sure you bring what you need. Also, one of the people cut their fingers and there was a first aid kit that was completely empty… so that did no good. There were zero instructions on how to leave the house (where to put the towels/sheets etc). So communication was non- existent but overall we had a nice time. For the kitchen, make sure you bring any foil, zip lock bags, etc for storing food or cooking as the house has none of those.

We had a great experience at this property. We had a group of six for a girls trip. The property was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and backyard was an amazing retreat. Location was great we were able to walk to downtown. We also got the bikes out, and finding an Uber was easy. Great communication, great overall experience. We definitely stay again and I highly recommend.

This house was exactly as described. In fact, the owners could stand to update the backyard photos as they have made a number of really great updates that are even better than the pictures in the listing. The location is great. Short walk to local coffee shops and convenience stores. Short drive to downtown PS. Short drive to the PS tram. This home is all about the well-landscaped backyard, the pool and spa, and the views of the San Jacinto mountains, which are phenomenal! There's nothing like a bright, sunny spring day in PS with views of snow-capped mountain peaks.

This place is great. The pictures don’t capture how nice the backyard is - multiple places to sit and enjoy the weather and views and the hot tub and pool. The house is super clean, well-stocked kitchen. Very responsive hosts too. Close to the PS Tram and downtown, half an hour from Tennis Paradise. We’ll be back!

We had such a great trip to Palm Springs and this house was perfect for our family. The location was close to downtown if you want to check out local art galleries or eateries, but you likely won’t even want to leave the house! The yard was amazing and the pool and spa were put to good use every day. The BBQ and outdoor eating area were awesome and the wet bar was a nice surprise! The house was well stocked with towels, all kitchen gear you would need, and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had at a rental property. We will absolutely be back to stay here when visiting Palm Springs in the future!

My husband, friends, and I enjoyed staying at this home for a long weekend of golf in Palm Springs. The home was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We enjoyed the backyard area— spa, sitting by the pool—and the location—near downtown and near plenty of golf courses. The hosts were responsive in their communication and provided clear and helpful check-in information. Access to the home was easy. We would stay here again.

The property was just as described in the listing. Well supplied with dishes and cookware, and very comfortable. Situated in close proximity to the downtown area, hiking trails, and shopping. The spa was wonderful after a long day hiking and exploring. I would highly recommend this property.

VERY clean house. Everything you need. Such a beautiful spa and pool. Quiet neighborhood. Such a cute yard with a giant chess set. We were so close to great restaurants and shopping. Hector also responded so fast with May question we had. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was much more than we expected! Absolutely beautiful inside, very spacious & comfortable for the 6 of us. Decor is stunning! Amenities were excellent! We had the swimming pool heated, the manager heated it to perfection! We all loved the spa, fire pit, barbecue & grandkids loved the giant Chess game outside. Mountain View’s were spectacular.

Great property! The outdoor area was wonderful with beautiful landscaping and amazing views of the mountains. The house was great too, but we spent all our time by the pool! The owner was wonderful and responded to questions right away.

Overall the home was fantastic 3 beds and 3 baths were great for a party of 5…. Great back yard and fairly close to everything without the congestion of downtown Palm Springs… 3 minutes to the tram and walking distance to some shops and restaurants… I’d stay again… the owner was very accommodating and and communication was good… Thank you Palm Springs!!!🏝

I vacationed here for a weekend girls trip to celebrate my birthday. It was everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and close to downtown and the house was beautiful, cozy and relaxing. The decor was lovely and it was clean and well kept. The check-in process was easy. I love the keypad on the front door. No need to obtain the house key from a lock box which can be a struggle especially if you’re arriving from a late night flight. Hector was responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house had a lot of amenities accessible to the guests, including an easy to operate smart home, heated spa and pool if needed. There were also floats available and even bikes. I would definitely come and visit this house again.

Renting this property for the past 4 days was magnificent since the children enjoyed the new atmosphere where they could be able to run around and play comfortably.
