The owner was quick to response and easy to work with. The townhome was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. I would say the carpet needs to be replaced, had a lot of wear and tear. The couch is ok, definitely has been used a lot. Overall, good experience.

Glad we found this place for our trip to Page, Arizona. We liked it because it was quiet and had a kitchen & dining area!

Very comfortable place to stay in Page. We enjoyed the proximity to a fabulous overlook down the road. So happy to have laundry facilities and a kitchen to make quick meals. The only issue with the place is the bathroom is upstairs. It would be great if the large unused closet downstairs were turned into a half bath.

Central location. Quiet property. Steep stairs. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, but the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Firm mattresses. The property was very clean.

We loved having this place in Page to be our homebase. We spent a day at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Vermillion Cliffs, went to Lake Powell another day (the marina is literally minutes away from the rental), South Rim of Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon with a Navajo guide another day. It was not too hot in June when we went. Charming little town has a Walmart and everything you need. Great home base to travel from each day centrally located.

We arrived at the property to find that the house had a strong smoke smell in the kitchen, and also the AC was not working. The unit was 86° and climbing. After a long day of travel, and heat, we were ready to leave and find a hotel. Thankfully, Michael was quick to respond to my phone call, and we were able to be moved to another (nicer) unit just a few doors down. The location was in a decent neighborhood, and the proximity to several “attractions” such as antelope canyon, lake Powell, and horseshoe bend made it a desirable and affordable option for a family of 5.

This place is spotless, has all the necessities and just minutes from all the sites....horseshoe bend, Lake Powell, the dam... We are so thankful we stayed there.

This was a great option for my family. We were very comfortable here and happy to be able to do laundry as this was near the end of our long road trip. It was 20 minutes from Lake Powell.

Made a wonderful "HQ" for our days of exploring the area. Easy drive to Horseshoe Bend, hiking trails, and kayak rentals. Everything needed was nearby and the property made for a great place to rest, relax, and prepare meals.
