We had a great stay for our short ski trip. The unit was super convenient. We could see the lift out the window and could walk over just as the lift started turning. The hot tubs and heated pool afterwards were excellent and we were a quick walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The unit was great for two people. We would definitely come back again.

We took a day trip to Breckenridge and wanted to spend the night. The room was perfect for the two of us. The sunset view was unbelievable.

This is a very convenient location with all the benefits of the Marriott. Pool, hot tub, underground parking were all included. The kitchen could use a few more utensils for cooking and a few more coffee cups and drinking glasses but otherwise it’s a nice unit.

Very conveniently located to walk to all shops and restaurants. View of the mountains from room is stunning! The host didn’t answer my email when I asked him a question.

Spent a few days in Breck to get out of the heat of TX. Great location in town! Loved our view! Perfect couple of days!

Close to Peak 9 chair, ski valet so convenient, free clothes washer and dryer on floor, comfy bed and beautiful view. Close to shopping, grocery and Catholic Church. Clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect... super close walk to the Quicksilver lift, ski shop with overnight storage for skis, boots and poles in the building, underground parking garage, great pool and lots of big hot tubs, super short walk to great coffee, smoothies, bars and restaurants. The condo was perfect for my daughter and I - really comfortable with cozy blankets and everything we needed in the kitchen. The host is fantastic, super communicative and very responsive. We will stay here again for sure!

This place was perfect for our mom/daughter ski vacation! Convenient very short walk to slopes/ski school. Great amenities onsite - activities for kids and ski rental! Walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops! Owner was great and accommodated our early arrival!

We’ve stayed in Breck many times and this property is located within walking distance to peak 9 lift. Nice views of the Maggie Pond and slopes. Able to rent skis on the bottom floor of complex. Convenient for storage and return. Condo is laid out nicely for 2 adults. We were comfortable. Only issues were cleanliness and kitchen was not well-stocked. Dirty, sticky floors in bath & kitchen. Would return.

Overall a real great experience. If you are going on the slopes it’s right there. You can see the lift from your window. The only complaints is that the bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom had a slight odor. I don’t imagine that you are spending very much time in the condo and shouldn’t be a deal breaker. I would definitely visit the area again

Couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. Very short walk to Quicksilver lift and easy access to restaurants, etc., never needed to move our car. The relationship to Marriott property was a little confusing as the address was the same but we found it easily. Only downside was that the room itself didn’t seem well kept up. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t ever been mopped. Access to hot tub and pool and other amenities was wonderful.

We loved the location of this property!! So close to peak 9 chair, downtown - super convenient. Nice amenities on site like the hot tubs/heated pool and game room. Grateful we didn't plan to cook/use the kitchen much bc it was seriously lacking plates/glasses/silverware/etc. Bed and sleeper sofa would both get a 6 or 7 from us, not as comfy as we like but not horrible and everything was clean. May want to bring a pillow or two if planning to use the sleeper sofa. Gave the property Mgr 1 star - sent message 2 days before our trip asking 2 questions and never heard a response. Since not listed, if curious u can store ur skis in the room (great first floor corner room) or the Marriott also offers a free storage place right on the way to the chair (we didn't use that but it seemed convenient enough). Check in process just took awhile, thus the 4 stars. Even though some cons, would def stay again for location alone.

We have stayed at the Marriott many times and enjoy the location and amenities. This unit provided easy access to the slopes and a great view of the mountain and Maggie’s pond.

Paid extra to accommodate having my children and there really isn't enough room for 4 people.

The unit was super convenient, with views of the mountains and lake. Check in was easy and it was nice to have a quick breakfast on the property. Close to everything. Could use an extra blanket, but otherwise wonderful!

Great property, located within the Marriot. Hot tubs were just warm, not the hosts problem, an issue for the Marriot. Nice space, beautiful Mountain View’s, close access to downtown Breck. We’ll be back!

Loved this property, it was perfect for my husband and I for a quick getaway. Perfect location. We would definitely book here again!

I will start with the positive. The location is great. The view is great! The overall studio is nice and mostly as described. The balcony is smaller than we expected. There is barely enough room for 2 chairs. Now for the problems. The first day we got there we noticed the plumbing made gurgling sounds. You could wash your hands in the bathroom and the kitchen sink would gurgle as well as the toilet. The problem escalated and we were unable to flush the toilet and the kitchen sink drains were full. We had to go to another building to use the restroom. It took the owner a day to respond because he was in London. The hotel staff were awesome and tried to fix the plumbing but the problem was bigger and further out than they had equipment for. The problem got fixed 2 days after our complaint. Unacceptable. The owner did refund the base charge for those days but we feel he should have done more. We marked down on cleanliness because the bathroom floor was sticky, the bed had signs of someone sitting on it and the coffee pot still had coffee in it. We would definitely stay at the Marriott again but not with this owner and definitely not in this unit.

The room was clean and had plenty of towels. Closet had a extra sheets, blankets, and pillow for the pullout couch and even had a full body mirror on the door. Great view from balcony.
