The restaurant on site is handy.

fantastic staff, location, clean, good atmosphere, nicely decorated, kitchen, superb restaurant, the music band & dancing, nice other guests. Thanks also for advice on camping spot : We loved it. Base Camp is highlight of our trip to Canada.

Basic, very clean rooms for an excellent price. And the restaurant food is also excellent. There is nothing luxurious about this place but if you are looking for comfort at a reasonable price, this is your place.
The setting is beautiful, but because of the trees, it took me a day to realize that we were actually on the river and feet from a great walking path. Put up a sign that says “River and walking path” with an arrow. Otherwise you are underselling your great location.

The location is convenient, right off the main road. The rooms are extremely basic with old furniture, but the bathroom is adequate with good hot water. It was enough for a quick overnight stay in the area.
No AC, quite hot despite having a fan in the room. On site restaurant was not open and there are really no places to eat in the area.

Fantastic setup. Kitchen area or restaurant with numerous beers on tap. Lovely back patio. Clean updated rooms though simple, are great for the price. friendly staff. Would recommend.

Towels changed was a great surprise as not many towels were provided.very basic but functional room. Bed was too soft for our taste, but it was ok.
The room was unbearably hot, no fan or AC available. The tiny window did not provide any refreshment to the room even with the night temperature falling to 15C.
