Location perfect, living excellent. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially after dark the locals gather along the sea and underline the pleasant atmosphere. There are many restaurants nearby, one is right next to the house. Right next to the house you can buy vegetables fruit, water. If you want a bigger purchase 5 minutes by car from the house is Lidl. Secure parking is possible nearby about 10 min walk.The beach was a bit further away, although there are nice beaches nearby. We used the town beach, Pane e Pomodoro, which was really great. Parking for beach goers, huge parking lot for 1 euro/day or so.

The location (near the beach, next to the bus stop, grocery shop just around the corner) is perfect. The host is very helpful and react on your request immediately. The apartments are well designed and comfortable for 2 guests.

I booked it for the family with children and the second room is with convertible bed which is not so comfortable to sleep. That's why I cannot recommend it for the family with children (2+2) however for 2 people or 3 maximum it's really nice and beautiful.

Original apartment equipped with everything we needed. Directly at the beach and beach club with amazing restaurant. Beach chairs 20€ a day, but worth it. Bus stop directly in front of the house, busses frequently and within 10-15 min to city center. Many very good restaurants close by and close to airport.

Location near beach n bus to bari. The host/ owner very professional n very friendly. Very good service. Mini supermarket just around corner n penny supermarket bot 1km away. weather was hot n amazing.

Area, was dirty n Abit questionable? Wouldn't recommend it for small kids. The taxi fare from airport n back was a big rip off. 25 euros to drive 11 km is very sad. Should cost 15 euros. Cos taxis are not using their taxi meter. Not enough eating places around.

It was just an amazing stay beyond our expectations. That house, the old palace, at the beach, we loved the way how the apartment was equiped and furnished, we fell like home, it had a spirit. And the owner is just very kind man, ready to help anytime, gave us good tips..., he really provided us with excellent service. The beach is the best Bari beach, with all facilities you need, the restaurant was very clean and high standard offer during day, and it turned to the top seafood restaurant in the evenings. The apartment location is perfect, just at the bus stop to the centre and around. For the airport transfer we recommend to take a taxi, its fast and cheap. We highly recommend this apartment and we thank a lot to owner. It was not our last stay there, for sure.
