Nothing like enjoying a golf course view from a nicely furnished patio with shade when you need it. The spacious kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen ware and coffee beans. Plenty of space in the 3 bedroom home with comfortable furniture and beds.

This place worked out well being centrally located to all the ballparks. Beds were comfortable, backyard was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The home was a wonderful surprise. We only needed temporary accommodation for 3 days until our long term rental became available. We liked this home so much we wished it was where we were staying for the 2 months that we are here!

Wonderful home for our group of 2 couples and a single. Enjoyed the view of the golf course from the patio, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Look forward to staying here again next year!

A week in Sun City with family. Older house but remodeled. It backs up to a golf course but it is in a very quiet area. Pretty good access, easy to get to the 101.

The house lived up to its listing. It was very clean and had good living spaces. It felt like the kind of family home we wanted to stay in. The kitchen was fitted out very well and the laundry facilities were substantial. It was nice to look out onto the golf course as well.

This is my 4th stay at this wonderful house. It's very convenient to everything, but most especially it's less than a mile away from where my Mother lives (in a retirement community). We enjoyed sitting on the patio with our coffee in the mornings watching the rabbits play and the golfers along with listening to the birds. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The owner responds quickly to our requests. Great place to stay. Our family is staying again in November.

Place was great, clean and comfortable. Larger than appeared in photos and lots kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. Coffee grinder and coffee beans for morning was a nice touch. Would stay here again

This home is nicely updated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for two couples. We did not actually cook, but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The patio is very nice, with plenty of seating. The golfers in the group enjoyed watching the golfers on the course in the back yard.

Six of us older family members from three different states met for a mini reunion. The B&B was just as advertised and the photos displayed. We shared a great long weekend and were in need of nothing at the house. Would definitely do it again.

I’m so very grateful that I found the perfect house for my family, in the best location. Only 2 miles from my brothers house so we could spend Lots of quality time together without over crowding or lengthy traveling. Honestly we didn’t spend a great deal of time at Vacation house, mostly at brothers. However Sun City offers such a large variety of recreational things to do the Rec centers and 8 golf courses. Amazing! The house was super clean and welcoming. In a safe feeling quiet neighborhood. Great patio view of golf course with its wild rabbits and coyote. All the convenient’s without the hassles. Would recommend it to anyone looking for Sun in the spring or winter. Only wish I could have my dogs there. But I understand when that’s not possible. Thank you.

Sunshine and warmth for spring break
I’m so very grateful that I found the perfect house for my family, in the best location. Only 2 miles from my brothers house so we could spend Lots of quality time together without over crowding or lengthy traveling. Honestly we didn’t spend a great deal of time at Vacation house, mostly at brothers. However Sun City offers such a large variety of recreational things to do the Rec centers and 8 golf courses. Amazing! The house was super clean and welcoming. In a safe feeling quiet neighborhood. Great patio view of golf course with its wild rabbits and coyote. All the convenient’s without the hassles. Would recommend it to anyone looking for Sun in the spring or winter. Only wish I could have my dogs there. But I understand when that’s not possible. Thank you.

This is only my third rental in Sun City AZ. I loved this home. It was so well stocked we had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortably welcoming. I especially liked that the light outside by the street had a green bulb in it which made us out of towers find the home easily each night we returned. Definitely would stay there again!!

Great place to stay!
This house was perfect. The updates made were great and the house had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen is perfect for families to prepare meals. Joni was super responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and updated, with a huge kitchen containing every pot, pan and gadget you could possibly need. But don’t sleep on pizza delivery from Rosati’s! The two big, covered patios have comfortable furniture galore, perfect for taking in the desert sunrise. You might even spot a bunny or two. We will stay here again for sure next time we are in Sun City visiting family.

No pool, still a great home
Online it states it has a pool. Emailed asking about the pool, never got a response, booked anyways. Once we get there, we find out “their pool” is really a public city pool anybody could go to and had to pay extra. I was expecting at least a community pool. Other than that, home was beautiful, clean, and in a great, quiet, neighborhood.

Excellent location for a golf trip. Easy access to freeway for more remote courses and surrounded by fun, low-key courses. Accommodations were top-notch, house was beautiful and easy to access. Would stay again.

Quiet, clean residence
The house is as described. It's clean, well cared for, and has all the amenities that we were seeking. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood at the foot of a golf course.

Nice place
This was a very nice house on the golf course and had a wonderful kitchen with high end appliances. My one complaint is that there weren't enough linens and we kept having to wash the towels and wash cloths. Also, there wasn't enough toilet paper and we had to go buy more. The neighborhood was very quiet and it almost felt empty but we finally saw lights on in a couple of houses at night. I joked with my mother that there must have been an apocalypse or something. There is a ledge on the floor between the dining room and living room that could be dangerous. If you don't see it, you might fall. I put a chair there so I'd be sure to remember it even though there is a sign on the wall. Overall a really nice place.

This property was great. The house looked like the pictures. The house has been renovated and has high end appliances.
The house was very clean and neat.
I thought it was very nice that the owners had coffee available for visitors to the house.
The only downside was operating the cooling system. The air conditioner didn't kick on automatically when the house temperature was above the target range (75 degrees) and we were hot. I felt that operating instructions should be available.
We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again.

BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS
hard to think of anything but great all around. golf courses were very nice and easy to get to. Retail area was close and had what was needed. House was well appointed and stocked, can't think of anything lacking. Scene of the 12th fairway was great and when not playing it was fun to watch others on the course. Patio was so relaxing it was difficult to stay inside. I just know this, the stay was way too short , I'll stay longer the next time! Thanks to the owners it was delightful. Jerry Davis
