Theres food available during breakfast like donuts,breads coffee and hot chocolate, late afternoon theres alot of alcoholic drinks and snacks. The interior is very nice, and the room is clean and comfy.

Didn’t like the view of the cement wall of the next building but I should’ve requested a room with a street view instead of a wall view

Location was excellent. Rooms were small but suitable. Bathrooms were like a prefab built in to the room which was a little odd, but everything was clean and had a nice design twist. Laundry facilities available. The communal / foyer area was really cool and with bonus wine in the evening and donuts all day! Staff impeccably mannered and helpful. Brooklyn Lager for sale - whoop!

This hotel is a bit away from the center of Shinjuku, we often had to walk 10 min to get to the subway line that Google Maps suggested (even though it is located extremely near 2 subways lines, Google Maps rarely suggested the closest lines!). However, the location is still close to anything you want to do in Shinjuku but it is far away enough to provide a more quiet atmosphere. It is on a major road, but we didn't have any issues with that and our window looked right on the major road. Staying here was a last minute switch after reading more reviews of our original choice of an APA Hotel in the area, I do not regret this switch since Bespoke provided more amenities for just about the same cost.

I wouldn't describe this hotel as dirty, but we did feel like our room was cleaned 100% prior to us staying there. We did feel the need to sanitize the surfaces ourselves, but again things were just stained not so much dirty. This was the smallest room we stayed at during our vacation in Japan, which was frustrating since we stayed here for the longest time. Although we got used to it, this room is definitely on the small side (2 twin room).

We only stayed one night and booked the hotel last minute. The hotel is well located, with pretty good amenities available at reception. The free donuts were tasty and the lobby was nice. In the room the bed was soft and so where the pillows

Our rooms had no view, as in if you opened the window you were staring at a wall. The bathroom was also rather small.

Bespoke hotel is an excellent hotel which has everything you need. Our room was larger than we thought (we expected Tokyo to be super tiny). It was tight but workable. They offer donuts 10am-10pm, coffee (all day) and small pastries in the morning (7am-10am) and also have shared lounge and dining areas to make up for the smaller rooms. This was a nice touch. You could ask for additional water if required and I was also able to use an iron to press my clothes. There are clothes washing amenities available. This hotel is near many different subways and public transport and close to Golden Gai. There are convenience stores close by.

There is a strange smell in the room which sort of smells like perhaps an ex-smoking room but the hotel is non-smoking. There is room spray available in our room so perhaps they are aware.

Everything really. Cool ambience , cool interior . Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you . Loved the coffee in the morning and the “Breakfast” altho would suggest a savory option be available …..

Microwave down by reception . It is too small and only 500watts Pretty useless for heating ,cooking food .would suggest maybe a cutlery set in each room.

Nice and modern hotel in Shinjuku area of Tokyo. Great with free coffee and donuts in the reception area. Supermarket and several convenient stores nearby. And in walking distance to the metro (5 min).

The staff were great specially Maika and Tsugumi and the mini free breakfast they had.
