Vi offriamo 3 camere da letto due letti matrimoniali con TV in ogni camera. Camera da letto principale con camino, letto king size e TV più grande con vista su Castle Rock Lake meravigliosi tramonti con balcone sulla camera da letto principale per rilassarsi e godere della vista sui tramonti sul lago, con bagno principale con doccia lussuosa e vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone per rilassarsi. Il secondo bagno ha la doccia. Forniamo asciugamani e teli da bagno ma non (teli mare). Il condominio ti conforterà con un ampio soggiorno con divano letto e camino. Goditi la vista dal ponte del soggiorno che si affaccia sul foro 3 che è la replica di un foro di Augusta. Il grande ponte offre abbastanza spazio per il relax e le riunioni (nessuna griglia a gas consentita su entrambi i ponti) o griglie elettriche non consentite. Fuori dal soggiorno c'è una tana per gli ospiti per rilassarsi e guardare il proprio programma televisivo con divano letto. Dal soggiorno ci sarà un bel tavolo da pranzo grande sala da pranzo che può ospitare da 6 a 8 persone. Entrando nella bella cucina con tutti i ripiani in granito, puoi divertirti con una grande isola da bar con 3 sgabelli da bar per la zona pranzo extra e per servire il tuo cibo. Con tutti i comfort forniti per cucinare oltre alla griglia a gas o alla griglia a carbone, la cucina offre un forno a microonde completo, una macchina per il caffè con tostapane, un frigorifero completo con distributore di ghiaccio e acqua. Solo 2 miglia a nord puoi mettere alla prova le tue abilità nel golf di Lake Arrowhead con 2 campi da 18 buche. Non dimenticare di concederti una cucina raffinata nella club house e nei raffinati ristoranti circostanti. Il nostro condominio è molto vicino al Tiki Bar che ha grandi band e DJ per il tuo divertimento. Ci sono anche noleggio pontoni e jet ski. Castle Rock Lake offre ottime attività di pesca e di nuoto in barca per tutte le tue avventure con bar e ristoranti raffinati e un'isola per andare in barca e festeggiare. Ti divertirai al Magnolia Loft. Vieni, gioca a golf e divertiti. We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice and large enough for everyone to have plenty of space. The golf course was beautiful. We will definitely return to the area in the future!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Rex was easy to work with and answered any questions that I had as I prepared for our stay. The condo was exactly as the pictures depicted. I would definitely stay there again.
We were not aware that we left something at the condo and Rex called me right away when he found it and asked if we forgot something. When we realized what it was he offered to drop it off. I cannot believe he went out of his way for us. He is an amazing owner that cares about the people he rents to. Not all owners are so caring.

Easy access to outdoor fun. Pool, beach, playground and golf all nearby. Spacious property made it easy to feel comfortable for a family even on a rainy day. Beds could use an upgrade, but everything else is top notch. Thoughtful supplies in the unit and well furnished.

This condo was in very nice condition with nice view of northern bay #3 fairway and green. Large 3 bedroom with plenty of dining and living space. Close by several golf courses. 40 min to Dells. Castle lake access.

Check-in was easy, the location is nice and easy to get to other facilities. We enjoyed the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and volleyball pit. We had a good meal at the on-site restaurant too.
The only complaint was that the cleaners arrived at 9:40am on check-out day and came in while we were still packing up, we were told we had until 10:30 for check out.

We will definitely rent from Rex again. Condo is on the 3rd floor but the elevator makes it a non issue. This condo also has two great views. One deck looks out to lake and the other over the golf course.

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There was even a few spices in the cabinet, which I was very thankful for, since I forgot to bring my own. Rex was very accommodating and even checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Its a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.. If I had a recommendation, it might be to update the living room furniture, but all in all everything was great.

The condo was very spacious and the views from the decks were wonderful. The kids enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck. It was great to be able to walk to the Tiki bar on Friday and Saturday nights and the pontoon rental right next door. It is a bit of a walk to the pool/beach but they were very nice. There were TVs in every room but they could use updating. There was only one smart TV in the living room for the grandkids. We had a flat tire on one of our vehicles and the maintenance person was very helpful and filled it for us. All around a great trip!!!

First came to Northern Bay about 20 years ago when it opened, amazed at how well the resort has been maintained. Very spacious condo, perfect for our family with numerous activities and a spectacular lake.

Quick Quiet Get-away
Great rental for our family, since we have adult kids who like to keep their own hours and spread out. My husband could get up early without disturbing anyone and our sons could stay up late without disturbing us! Everything was clean and well-stocked. Two (minor) suggestions: some kind of mosquito control on the deck (they were so think it was unusable) and better bedding/mattress covers. They were not very soft. Also, even though you can't grill at the unit, there are grills on the property. Might want to mention that in description. Otherwise, we had a great time and were very comfortable. Great condo!

Nice place, very large. FYI, tub drain in common bath slow. Light in same bath fan didnt come on. Chair next to door opening by the entrance to the common bath legs loose. I put back together, but may want to glue. No big deal, but wanted you to know.

This is a condo complex that has many things to due right on the premise. The main one is a golf course that we didn't utilize. There is a pool & hot tub, a playground with a sand base, tennis courts, basketball courts, a sand volleyball court by the tiki bar, and a small beach with a marked-off swimming area and a diving dock. Outside of the condo grounds, you had to drive a little bit to go and get to something, about 20-30 min not a big deal though. Close enough to the dells to head down there for a day and have some fun. We did some hiking and biking while we were in the area. Omaha bike trail, Buckhorn state park and Roche-A-Cri state park. The tiki bar has live music/entertainment Fri & Sat nights which is cool, we went to the tiki on a Fri and they had a DJ paying some 90's-early 00's which was great, but just FYI you can hear the music in the condo and they go untill 11pm so if you want to get to bed or your kids, bring a sound machine or something to drown out the noise.
A couple of small things with the condo. The beds are very firm and had plastic protectors on them that crinkle with every movement I get why they have them just not the typical luxurious feel you get from a hotel. I HATE firm beds and felt these were probably a cheap BOGO holiday weekend mattress sale type mattress so I did not sleep great. This is just my preference. Secondly, in the master bedroom, they have a lot of windows that look great but they don't have curtains over the upper windows so when the sun comes up early it is very bright in the rooms so not much ability to sleep in. Also, it happened to be a full moon when we were there and the moon shown directly into the bedroom and on the bed where my head was laying so it was once again very bright and hard to sleep ( only had an issue 3 of the 7 nights). Not sure how often this would actually happen or if it was just perfect timing for me that weekend.
Lastly the owner. It is pretty clear this is run as a business and not just a property he has that he rents out here and there when he is not using it. His main concern is making sure you follow any and all association rules and you fill out all the paperwork as to not upset the HOA. I expressed concern about the condo door not closing and latching, he brushed it off. I wanted to make sure my family and belongings were safe and he once again seemed to care more about his VRBO business than customer experience. I did get fixed after a text exchange

Great family getaway
Very clean, great amenities for families with small kids. We loved the playground, pool, tiki bar with live music, and beach. Rex’s apartment is a bit of a stroll from the pool area, so we ended up driving over there usually as the walk with toddlers wasn’t super easy/safe. Kids over 5 would probably do great.
The only downside was lack of cookware (basically 1 pot, 2 pans…we made it work, but a few more essentials would be nice), a broken wine opener (we left the one we had to buy, so that problem should be solved), and while Rex was very nice and helpful, he may have been TOO communicative, checking in frequently while we were busy just trying to enjoy our trip.
Overall, we’d definitely stay again for the great amenities and spacious condo. It really was a very family friendly resort and all the people who travel/live there were super friendly.

Great Family Reunion
We spent a wonderful week at Castle Rock Lake in the north Bay resort. The location was fantastic with lots to do. (Pool, Beach, Basketball, Kayak, Bike, and Golf). Magnolia loft was a perfect setting with a view of hole 3 and a view of the bay. The condo had everything our family needed with well stocked kitchen and comfortable sleeping. The grounds are well maintained. Would recommend if you are looking for peaceful area, yet has numerous activities.

Rex was easy to work with. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had lots of room for our group of eight people. Great location to the resort amenities. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the golfers.

Beautifully decorated condo in Northern Bay resort on Castle Rock Lake. Unit was spotless when we checked in and it was obvious that special attention was given to current concerns. Owner provided immediate responses to our inquiries. 5 star property. Would definitely return.

Ideal Lake Getaway
Rex's place was better than shown/described!
First of all, it was an absolute seamless process to gain entry into the garage and condo. Rex was available (via phone) for every inquiry or request. He even made his bicycles available to me when I casually mentioned that I didn't want to bring my own.
The unit was sparkling clean and absolutely stocked with everything required for a home-away-from-home experience (plenty of dishes, flatware, tvs, large indoor/outdoor dining tables, coffee machine, laundry, etc.). The unit, itself, felt bigger than the pictures indicated.
The other tenants/guests of Northern Bay were all very friendly and gracious!
Finally, all of the facilities/amenities were wonderful. We don't even golf (though the course looks great), but we definitely enjoyed the pool, the little beach, the pontoon-rental location, the tennis/basketball courts, etc.
Our family and I loved the 6 days we spent at Rex's condo and would definitely look to book there again!

My stay
Our stay was lovely there was plenty of room. A little trouble getting into the building. Our keys did not work at first. The elevator was broken and left open with no tape or any kind of warning sign by it and if you stepped close to it you would’ve fallen in. Lake & pool were lovely.

Couples Weekend
My wife and I went out for a long weekend with 2 other couples and had a great time. The place was very spacious and clean. Rex was very accommodating and was easy to reach if need be. Would highly recommend!

A very relaxing time!
The condo was very clean and homey. And very spacious, plenty of room for all of us. Pretty sunsets and the pool was good. Nothing to complain about, except the smell in the elevator. We had a great time.
